★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is kind and nice, good medications. However, the counter staff is rude n unfriendly. No doubt the doc ia fantastic but the staff don respect you..btw i tried to pay using baby bonus card, staff rejected it n req for a copy of statement. They refused to release the med to me until i go hm and take a normal atm.card n make payment for the meds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chee is our most trusted doctor and whatever problem we have, he given us the best solution for my child and my son is 18 year old now. We know him since he was working in Thomson Hospital and wherever he moves we follow him even our house is in Jurong. Great doctor and he got my five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff doesnt follow their queuing system policy which is if u miss your queue number, u have to wait for another 4 more patients before your child turn. The staff implemented this policy on my wife and child when they missed their turn in the previous visit and this morning, a parent with their son missed their turn but they were called upon the next number when the clinic just opened with a long queue. This clinic is known for their long queue due to the popularity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, patient and detailed PD. It might looked like an old school neighborhood clinic and certainly functioned like one, but they charge as much as any specialist in novena might.
Most reviews are directed at their counter staffs, which I definitely concur. But I do recognize a clinic for it's most important function: the doctor, whom I think is definitely above average.

This is the First and the Last. Visit this clinic on 30th Dec 2019. The Doctor told me that my Baby is too young (1month) and there is no medicine can be prescribed and ask me go KK hospital. Why still need me to pay $53.50 inclusive of GST for the referral letter (already discouted if not consultation is $150-$180+ GST) as I just mention I went to KK last week. Why need your referral letter.. KK hospital Doc dont know what to do or examine the baby? Need your letter then they can proceed or have discount using the referral letter???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first bring my daughter to see him, it's because the usual one was not open. Also I Hougang.
From that visit on, my both kids are under his care. He managed to clear my daughter frequent coughing issues. His prescription is accurate and effective. My son of course is with his care when he is ill.
I know their nurses may seem cold and unfriendly but I really dont think there is any issue with them at all. They have been very kind to me.
I do bumped into them outside of the clinic, Dr Chee and his wife are always very friendly to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was very comprehensive and explained everything clearly. He took the time to understand the timeline leading up to the doctor's visit. Leaving the clinic I felt less anxious and worried about my child's sickness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there as my usual goes to clinic is closed. The staff is super unfriendly and don't really know their stuff. Super rough toward my baby girl when taking temperature. First and my last visit. Don't understand why the clinic so popular.
