★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A peaceful and quiet luxury condo. Beautiful trees and green surroundings. Well connected with PCN and park with waterfall is just in front of condo, can walk to Botanic Garden and Singapore River. The start of embassy road to Orchard, can even walk straight to Orchard. Excellent location to MRT, near to Redhill market and food places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a nice quiet estate to stay in...But now, the estate is so noisy with the influx of expats and non-residents that the management allows in. In the day, there will be a bunch of kids yelling and screaming at the pool. At night, there will be bunch of non-residents yelling, cheering and shouting playing basketball, likened those at the HDB courts, till 10pm.
There are many stray cats in this estate! Some residents frequently leave cat’s foods near the lift lobby, which attracted rats and pests. Sounds like HDB estate?
A place to avoid!
