β β β β β Both dentist and clerk ganged up on me and said i won't do your cleaning as you are under corporate insurance plan. Dentist even says "Go complain la". Lousy, unprofessional service.

β β β β β Atrocious attitude. Dentist closes his eyes and avoids eye contact when you speak to him. That aside, the put off was the arrogant attitude that doesn't assure but agitate. Would give a negative star rating if possible.

β β β β β I came to this dental surgery on a recommendation from a close friend who has been a long time patron. I'm deathly afraid of dentists and have had some bad experiences. Moreover, just before I was due for a check up and polish, my sister had a very bad experience with a dentist in the Bukit Panjang region (where I live) - hearing this increased my anxiety.
I was delighted with the service! It is a simple couple-run dental surgery; both husband and wife were very reassuring and helpful. When I told them that I was quite nervous about the visit, they reassured me patiently and even gave me detailed tips on dental hygiene when I asked for it. Their sincerity and professionalism really impressed me, I'm definitely becoming a regular (:

β β β β β I have been seeing Dr See for the past 3 years. He is professional and polite. He will teach you how to maintain your dental hygiene and technique to floss your teeth properly. He does not recommend services that is not necessary. The fees are very reasonable.

β β β β β Dentist is very polite and professional. He took time to explain my gum and night grinding issue, and also provide me good advice on how to take care of my gum.
Very honest dentist as he charges me very reasonable and also not recommend unnecessary treatment. His cleaning is also very gentle, i dont feel pain at all and he constantly check with me if I am alright. β Thumbs up!
The pro was his clinic assistant. When I called to make appointment, she was not polite. However, she was nicer in person, so cannot charge cover by her voice.
