I used to be scared of seeing the dentist but Dr Lim has changed that. She is caring and meticulous. I also recommended a few friends and family to see her and they agree too. Good clinic location near MRT too.

I just had the best dental experience at The Dental Clinic! I was having a really bad toothache suddenly and was frantically trying to find a dental clinic near my house for a last minute appointment. The receptionist/nurse by the name of Annie was very kind and helpful to help me secure an appointment and the dentist was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Look for Dr Cho!

Our family has been coming here for 10 years now for the caring and knowledgable dentists. I feel comfortable and assured at this clinic as they take the time to explain procedures without any hard-selling.

Terrible terrible place. Yeah dentist is quite good. Went there for filling + root canal + a crown. Entire process took me about 3+++ months !!! Which was quite shocking. On all my 5 appointments, i was 10 minutes early, but had to wait for up to 1.5 hours for my turn even tho i had an appointment. seriously unprofessional. Thats not all, after my crown was ready, i went down to put my crown on, however, during the process my crown broke into many pieces in my mouth while i was still lying on the dentist chair. This is dangerous and very unprofessional. After that, had to wait another 2 weeks for my crown to be ready. And as i’m typing this im waiting for my appointment that was supposed to start an hour ago LOL. Waiting and waiting non stop for no reason just because of their unprofessionalism. Really understaffed and should not schedule multiple appointments within 10 minutes of each other if they cannot even manage their time properly. Only come to this dental clinic is you are okay with wasting your time away. Weekends / weekdays are still the same. Just avoid this because pretty sure other dental clinics will not make u wait for hours to fix your tooth that they created problems and additional waiting time for.

My first visit as at 16 April 2021. Dr Cho is patient and gentle during the process of checking the condition of my tooth decay. There's clear images taken to explain my condition and he took time to share the best approach to resolve. Dr Lynette took charge of the scaling & polishing process and guided me tips with proper dental daily maintenance. Did tooth color filling, scaling & polishing and finished off with flouride gel as protection. Always nervous and scared of dental visits but I was able to reduce my anxiety with their professional explanations. Confident and comfortable oral examination. Didn't felt too rough during the tooth filling process. Dr Cho was able to pre-empt the pain areas with enough assurance. Enquired about the service and itemized fees before I visit through their hotline. Fees quoted for filling and other related items are accurate.

Fear from Tooth sensitivity has put me off going to the dentist to have my teeth cleaned. Then I decided to do it yesterday at The Dental Clinic and voiced my concern to the attending Dentist Yvonne. Well she certainly address my concern and because of her, my fear has been put to rest. She did a good job cleaning my teeth and I will certainly visit them again when it's time for the next appointment.

Nice place! Pros: - Good service overall: My dentist was Melissa. She was caring and efficient. Annie, the receptionist, was kind and provided fast service. - Located in rail mall (at the far end); easy to access. - Air-conditioned, nice, modern clinic Cons: - Lack of places to sit in waiting room (only 3-4 chairs), but this is understandable of course, with Covid and whatnot Overall: Recommended. Especially if you live in the Bukit Batok/Hillview area.

First time visiting this clinic and had a great experience with Dr Darren who was very professional in checking and cleaning my decayed teeth. Was given an xray which was FOC. Clinic setting was squeaky clean,cosy and spacious. Everything was perfect and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended for those who fear dentistry consultation.
