β β β β β I met Joie and she was very warm, kind and helpful. She patiently listened to my needs and also gave her expert input, advice and experience. Despite being in Wisma and unlike the other pushy hard selling tactics other use, I am glad Joie never practiced that. Instead she showed me options and allowed me to make my own decisions. I did the comprehensive DNA skin analysis and Iβm quite eager to see how things unfold when the results come out. Thank you Joie!

β β β β β I start with very problematic skin condition. Full of acne and oily. They really chnge 360. Hazel always clean my face for me, wash and apply everything my skin needs. She also recommend which product is suitable for my skin condition and guide on where and how to use it. Really recommend this place. Worth the price

β β β β β Hi, I have went for DNA test in Anake. Jowie really explain very well on my skin condition and how to take care. She also can customize the skin treatment according the our result. Lainnie do facial for me so caring and gentle. Both of the very friendly and warm.

β β β β β Had a really horrible experience at this store today - I was just walking past and one of the sales attendees insisted I take a free sample (after I kept rejecting it), and she proceeded to pull me + my arm into the shop and demonstrate how wonderful the products in her store were. I felt uncomfortable with the firm grip on my arm throughout as if I couldn't escape nor say no. I think she felt quite incredulous that I was bold enough to reject her continuous offers and exclusive promotions. In any case really hated my experience here - such a pity as I would've gone into the shop to check out the products if not for the aggressive sales behaviour.

β β β β β Great facial treatments given by friendly beautician Hazel (at the Anake Wisma branch). She has given great and professional advices during the facial session.
Definitely an asset to the company. If thereβs an additional star for an extra mile of service, that will be given to this lady with the above mentioned attributes. Will be back for more facial sessions and treatments!
