★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it’s products. Have a try with the samples outside. Or go in and ask what products suits you best. Their staff are very knowledgeable and can tailor a programme for your skin type. Even has products for you going overseas. Or your pet too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scent is probably one of most neglected senses and Aesop will remind u of that. Their products are designed to bring u to places. I started with the poo drop as a gift, it made my toilet smell like a hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time visiting the ion store and was attended by zahrina, very pleasant and helpful. even though i’m an independent shopper, she could tell when i needed help and was always readily willing to attend to my needs. although i’m a little sad aesop will be phasing out their classic shampoo, zahrina was able to introduce to me the newly formulated one and told me about the differences. excited to try my new products and thank you for giving me such a pleasant shopping experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by a lady in head scarf and I was the only customer. It was the 1st day of CNY. I came around noon. One feedback, I wished she was more enthusiastic. Though I’m getting a gift for a friend, she could ask whether I was interested to try any products or if there are products that she can recommend. Don’t wait for customer to ask you whether they can try the products. Be more proactive please..
