★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always been here with my family. While food doesn't really exceed our expectations, its still ok though.
Cream of mushroom is cold everytime. Need to let the server know we would like it warm.
Service wise is somewhat acceptable . Today staff, Rashid was great. Very friendly and nice. Appreciate the kind service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A staff made us get out of the ordering queue when we simply wanted to order our food. When we questioned him why, he didn’t talk, just keep signaling us away and shaking his head. What is wrong with him. We noticed he was working at the drinks counter. Not sure why he came out to handle customers when he doesn’t even know what’s happening. Not to mention the whole team managing this outlet, the counter and the female manager all worked super slowly. There were plenty of seats but we had to wait 20 mins to get a seat. Counter waiting time was also 15 mins. We visited on Sunday 9+pm so not sure why we waited so long overall. The crowd was not even huge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good. But everything else was mediocre. The assistant manager was clearly overworked. She tried to be nice but really could not stay in one spot. Not her fault though
The way they clear tables is weird. Firstly, they do it really slowly and they clear all the dirty tables at the same time instead of staggering it, which makes customers order food all at once and the food comes out all at once, probably why the ASM is overworked.
I will never forget Lucas. I don't know what he was going for but he never said a word. Only hand gestures. I don't know if he's mute or deaf so I'm not gonna jump to conclusions but he gives off the vibe that he's trying to be super edgy when it really looks like he's going to commit a felony.
Food came out after 30 minutes, which is not good for an airport restaurant where people don't really have a lot of time. It was good though. Steak was consistent. Chips were good and the drinks were great. Just need some work on the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today as reopened. Ordered Chicken & Fish Combo and the Chicken was overcooked.
Then requested to replace with Grilled Chicken and it has lots of overcooked area. Not sure if the Staff is low morale or could be other reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not know why or what happens . The kind of Aston's experience is totally not there .. order a chicken and steak combo . The steak is like less than 100grams . Chicken is grilled nothing special . Barbeque sauce lost its charms . Mac and cheese as blunt as it gets . Do not know it's me or the meal . I do not feel any soul in the food . Takes a while from order till you get your food . Setting me at almost $30 SGD , I simply do not see any value at all.

Ordered quite a number of items and it definitely filled our stomachs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the outlet at T1. It was moderately crowded. Ordered our food at Monday, 23rd May at 7.39pm. Drinks was served first but our food was served more than 30mins later, at around 8.15pm. Food was dreadful. It looks pale, the steak was burnt and the fries looked stale as though it was left out for hours. It was cold not even warm! (McDonald's fries were better) Extremely disappointing. It was not worth the wait AT ALL. Not to mention, I ordered my steak medium rare but it came as overcooked, so it was dry and tough. Definitely won't recommend, do consider dining at other restaurants. Also, saw another diner sent his steak back to the kitchen but did not get his food back for quite sometime. He left the restaurant in the end.

Although the steak arrives hot. The cold plate doesn’t help keep the food warm. You guys should consider warming up the plates in the oven.
Your mac and cheese taste like cough syrup. Your shoe string fries are not cooked fresh - taste like you guys left it out for while.
Latte was okay.
Overall, the experience feels like a fast food restaurant. As I am typing this review, why do I hear music from the kitchen?
