β β β β β Ordered speghetti for the kids meal. It was sour and the taste is off.
Then my muhsroom soup came, it was served luke warm. I feedback to the waiter and he just collected the soup and continued chatting with another waitress at the bar.
Overall the food standard has dropped.
This will be the last time i will be here.

β β β β β Disappointing dinner. ordered a fish and chip meal. The fish batter was not crispy at all...the batter was soft? Soggy?. I cant even cut the batter properly with the dinner knife. And the portion is rather small for the price. Doubt i will visit again.

β β β β β Nice spacious dining area on the 2nd floor of downtown east. Ordering of food is thru QR and from the time you place and pay for your orders, the food is served within 5 to 10min. Prices reasonable.

β β β β β Not sure if this is the best I can give them. But will come back again to eat here again to double confirm my review. So far my last visit was great. I absolutely love the service the staff gave us as soon as we are seated. Atmosphere is superb and awesome to dine in with friends and family. My only problem was the food. The mushroom soup tasted a little weird. And the cheese baked rice was okay.

β β β β β Total of 3 pax. I personally bought the bulgogi pasta, indication have spicy on it, but what I received was sweet and not spicy..although it was nice to eat, but the sweet taste was quite overwhelming and it was very watery. Is it meant to be soupy/watery?
The heart attack Striploin fried rice was a disappointment as the rice was just covered with black soya sauce with no taste at all, the inside of the rice has some white part even... It's seriously bad. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium well, but it came medium rare...will never recommend HA meals.
As for the Striploin Combo meal, we ask for medium rare, it came medium well...seem like the beef was put wrongly maybe? What was funny was that the side dish, onion rings, can be counted in fingers as shown in picture..
The only nicest acceptable food was the appetizer we ordered: calamari rings and sambal cheese fries. That was the only thing that made us happy, not forgetting the mushroom soup. It kinda soothe the soul before the actual meal that came afterwards.
It was lucky we were super hungry, if not, I think we might just ate a few spoon of it. We definitely will NOT come back again.

β β β β β Qr code was not provided for our table. We tried to pass our order sheet to a service staff but she rudely pointed to the cashier. We had to queue up with the others who had finished their food. Initially i wanted to let it slide, but the food they serve us was horrendous. Please look at their truffle cheese fusili. The first pic is from my last visit and the dry plate of pasta is from this most recent visit. It was tasteless and i had to add pepper to season my pasta. Super disappointing meal and really bad customer service.
