WORST TOWN COUNCIL IN SINGAPORE! NVR PROACTIVE ONLY REACTIVE. AND WHEN REACTIVE I MEAN WHEN I CALL TEN TIMES. CANT EVEN DO SOMETHING SIMPLE KEEP DELAYING.

Hello, I know its been tough for the men to clean up the area and I notice they have been doing good job in ensuring marsiling clean, I do believe it smells way better than some other ones I experienced. However theres a loud bang for the chute during closing/cleaning at wee hours (1am) behind block 303 area today, I do not believe they deliberately slam the door, however it could be that "stubborn" door is spoiled that the management can fix so that both your men and we could have a better day! ?? Keep up the good work, just my minor feedback :)

Poor experience with the booking of badminton courts at S730115. Facilitator was always late in unlocking the door for use, normally by 10 minutes, sometimes 15, 25 minutes. Never apologised and simply say you can play longer if you want. All of us waiting outside for him to unlock. Replies are slow for booking, can range from 20 minutes to 20 hours. Please make the booking more user friendly, and pick someone better fit the job. This could be made much easier with an excel sheet for people to check the availability of slots. Thank you.

Terrible experience. Reported water seepage to One Service, automatically set it to "Resolved" by redirect the problem to HDB. After weeks still no action taken, I have to called HDB and PUB.... Eventually PUB gave immediate attention to it and found out it was really the Town Council problem. Then only Town Council acted on it without providing any explanation or what have been done. They just set my second feedback in One Service to "Replied" without addressing on the damage done.

I' m very angry about one of the staff! I went there to pay, my March Bill. Suddenly, i cough l got put on mu mask. I use my handkerchief cover my mouth , got social distance 2 meter. When she finish , she give back the money receipt to me. I walk away near the the corridor, she spray Lysol. ( What is the meaning?) I very understanding, about ( Covid 19) until now. Hope u go and check, the CCTV! Thks!

Please clean up the pond with almost stagnant water at Shiok garden (Admiralty Park). The water contamination must have come from the nearby industrial estate. Please safe the family of tortoise there.

Yesterday I received a call around 12 noon from our tenant from Blk 24 Marsiling, she told me that she was at the void deck to meet a Mr Philip (as stated in Marsiling Town Council letter to arrange with him for collection of new letter box key after prior arrangement was made) to collect the new letter box key but was refused as she is not the owner. Mr Philip took over her phone and spoke to me, I tried to find out what was happening as we were not aware of installation of new letter box. He was not only impatient, but was rude in replying to me when I asked him was the tenant been informed that only owner is allowed to do collection either thru notification letter or when he arranged for the collection. He told me he did not want to look backward and told me to look forward, should not waste his time and do not try to teach him what to do. He was shouting loudly over the phone non stop even after my tenant took back her phone from him. He continued shouting at her when she told him talk nicely as a gentleman by telling him β€œI’m coming here to collect key, please do not shout at me, you are gentleman, can you speak nicely”. Heard over the phone, I could only calm her down as she was crying. I had no choice but to call Town Council office. Finally, thank to Ms Susan and Ms Liew who had assisted for the tenant to pick up the new letter box keys at 5pm at the office. I never expect a Town Council’s contractor so authoritative, rude in representing Town Council in handling matters with residents. A day off for a person who works 6 days a week is ruined becos of unwanted behaviour by someone. I do hope that Town Council could assign jobs to the right person especially front line personnel who need to deal with residents, convey messages clearly to residents with right attitude to avoid unnecessary unpleasant encounter and waste precious time for all.
