Extremely pleasing and satisfying experience for our purchase, from the enquiry stage to the physical delivery of the mattress. They were very prompt in their response to our initial contact to request for a visit to their Experience Center, we could also sense that they were there to serve and make sure we got what we wanted. Pushy sales pitch during such visits were always a major turn off but with Zees, we felt the sincerity in their recommendations. They took time to explore our needs with us, were able to assure us of the quality of their products with confident demonstrations. They were willing to share the names of some of their current corporate clientele, which put our minds at ease as we came to realize that we have frequented those hotels previously. As my place was undergoing renovations and not ready in time for the originally agreed delivery date, they were also flexible to accommodate to the changes of the delivery schedule. They took the initiative to follow up with us and checked in on the status periodically. The proactiveness was very much appreciated especially when we had more critical things to see to at that time (read: liaising with ID on delayed reno works). The pricing of their mattress was very reasonable in our opinion, given the amount of time (about 33% a day based on 7-8hrs of uninterrupted rest?) that we spend in bed each day. Like it that their beds also comes with thoughtful details like 'months' (pic 3) so you can note when you last flipped your bed; 'handles' (the sewn on brown strips in the pic 3 & 4) to facilitate turning/flipping of the bed. Zees would also share pointers on how to maintain your purchase so that it lasts longer. Combined with the top notch service (before, during and after purchase), this has to be one of those sessions which money was considered as well spent on. Definitely a return customer here; They are definitely worthy for us to recommend to anyone who is considering getting a new mattress !
