★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dropped by the showroom and was assisted by Yong on our purchase of split king adjustable bed version x, MattX hybrid mattress and supima cotton fitted sheet.
He is very hands on in his follow up and service and kept in touch over WhatsApp during the course of the purchase, shipping, delivery and post sales.
Price is reasonable and have since made another purchase of their fitted sheet.
Highly recommended.

This was my first time using the website and I was amazed by the speed of delivery. I placed an order and within 40 minutes the goods were at my home!!!

Their bedsheets are really luxurious and at the same time I wanted to exchange one set which colour did not sit well with us. And their team was so quick and efficient to get back to me and allowed me to do the exchange. Definitely recommend to anyone! Great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The model I bought is adjustable bed base version 3.0 and the mattress. I am so glad that I bought this bed. By adjusting the bed base, my head and feet are elevated to a position as comfortable as possible. My whole body was so relaxed while sleeping and the sleep quality has been improved so much. My husband used to have back pain and acid reflux problem. Thanks to this bed. It does improve his health a lot.
I want to specially thanks to Manager Michael and the staff Jimmy from IMM outlet. There were some hiccups during the bed installation done by the subcontractor. Michael and Jimmy personally came to my house to solve the issue at 9pm to make sure we don't have to wait for one more day to have a good sleep. Thumbs up to the great service

Good quality products and feel comfortable. Bedsheets is very soft and comfortable and durable even after few years. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd purchase of Palais Suite TENCEL Bedding sheets, I bought a steel grey sheet set before and this time I decided to get the classic gold sheet set and boy am I in major love, so soft and luxe vibe. Highly recommend it. Makes my room so cozy. I am going to buy more. Can't put a price tag on a comfortable night's sleep.
