Understand it is very peak hours and staffs are busy, After doctor’s professional advice and waited for wound dressing. It was close to 1 hour waiting while my wound expose on air and keep bleeding but still not given priority to treatment whilst other patients for health checks or delivery pickup are served first. Not comfortable at all to leave the bleeding wound like that for high infection risk.

Had my ME today. There's a surge of cases and might need to queue a bit and wait outside but overall smooth process.

Very slow service, disorganised. I booked online a Pcr test for 10.45 and I was waiting more then one hour and they said to me to wait to be called but no one called me and then when I knocked on the door the doctor said no one informed him that someone is waiting. Another person was waiting with me as well and we were wandering why nobody is coming out to check who is next.

What a Rip Off. Today 2May, Mon. The consultation fee was $60 and cream for escema was reasonable ..ttl damage $71. And this is neighbourhood clinic,, NOT specialist.. Pls hv some compassion..

Long waiting time and slow queue. Was told to take art/pcr test and the room for art/pcr was empty (at level 2). But was told to wait for the nurse to bring the slip up. After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked down to ask the nurse for the slip but the nurse told me to wait upstairs. I complaint about the waiting time but the nurse just shrug it off.

Worst experience of any clinic I've been to. Receptionist will actively try to ignore you unless you ask the same question at least 3 times. The same receptionist also seems to completely incapable of processing anything beyond the normal doctor consultation. Wasted my time and money here. Do not come here for anything if possible.

On 02/03/2022,I am having bad sore throat and phlegm,i tested ART positive 2 times at home,so I went to raffles medical bishan clinic for consultation, I was requested to wait for clinic staff to do ART test to confirm. After testing, was told to wait for 15mins for the result. While waiting,I received message from MOH Covid said the result is negative, i informed the nurse that i had tested 2 times positive at home and doubting the result from clinic is negative. She told me to follow the clinic result and gave me 1 day mc without self isolation required, yet no double check on the ART result. The second day I felt sore throat getting worse, i self tested ART at home was positive, so i went to another clinic, confirmed result is positive too, doctor gave me 5 days mc with self isolation at home. I understand that current covid makes everyone tiring, especially medical teams. but such careless and irresponsible treatment shouldn't happened as it will makes the virus spread more rapidly.

Worst experience. Submitted appointment, but still have to get queue number, so appointment is useless. The page to get queue number is also not stable, page is not loading, have to waste alot of time. The staff also not care about, she just focusing on her job.
