Difficult to park

Pros - prime location with close proximity to holland v, mrt and bus stops. Eateries are abundant around the area. Cons - 1. management can be difficult to deal with. When i first arrived, there was no one to facilitate me and I had to wait for an hour until the person came. I got false information that there were no dryers there, so i had to go out and buy a cloth hanger and realised that there were dryers and i wasted solid 50 bucks for nothing. One time my air con broke down, and it was really difficult to contact the person trying to solve the problem. A guy called marcus was not responsive and sometimes he could just ghost you from texting when u were still stuck at the problem. I had to sleep a couple of nights without aircon/fan on. 2. Neighbours can be an agony as there were some people creating public nuisance by being noisy at the mid of the night. The common area can be so dirty because there are inconsiderate people in there. 3. My room was not in a clean condition when i first received it, the toilet is somehow dirty, so i had to clean it up myself after realising that it is not worth the effort contacting the management while i pray that nothing will break down for the remaining period of my stay.
