Dr. Wong has helped me with a number of skin concerns including eczema, broken blood vessels, and hyperpigmentation. He is always professional, patient, and extremely detail-oriented. He always walks me through the options, costs, pros and cons for anything aesthetic, but has never pressured me to purchase any specific treatment. My first appointment he took notes on all the skin concerns I wanted to address and every appointment since, he makes sure to follow-up on how the previous issues are going. Since that visit my skin has improved immensely!

This review was long overdue. I had my toes infection for my years. The clinic was recommended by my company's doctor and it truly cured my infection. Dr Wong was straight forward in his assessment and very professional. Staff there was also pleasant and friendly. Thumbs up.

I had a severe allergic reaction which caused hyperpigmentaion on my face. I googled on the best skin doctors, and I chose to go Assurance skin clinic from the positive reviews. True enough, Dr Wong was very kind and also his oral and cream medication helped improve my skin drastically. Quite affordable. My face was better than what it was previously and I received many compliments from my friends and family. Thank you Dr Wong.

I went to see Dr Wong for my rosacea which i had for 18 years since puberty. I specifically ask for non steroidal medication as i had side effects from them in the past. Dr Wong's orally and topical medication works like a charm for me, they were very affordable and i see results within 2 weeks of the treatment. The redness on my cheeks and nose were significant reduced. I never had a medication that works for me in the past, or at time i was misdiagnosed by other clinics. Even though i had to take medication for long periods but they were effective. I was really satisfied. Dr Wong never pushed me for the more expensive laser treatments, but i requested it to Dr Wong when i decided i would like to stop my orally and topical medication in preparation for pregnancy. Though laser treatment is a little less effective than my orally and topical medication they still significantly reduce the redness on my face. Now my cheeks are no longer red and my nose looks less abnormally red. The clinic do not hard sell any pricey packages unnecessary they focus on what treatment is truly needed by the patient. Dr Wong is very professional and sincere, i would highly recommend it to anyone with persistence rosacea issues like me.

Just contacted the clinic to schedule an appt w Dr Wong. Very bad experience render by Ms Celine. Told her the medical conditon is an infected abscess and need a surgery for drainage as recommended by GP. However she told me the earliest appointment is next week. Did not offer me for a walk in. Believe she did not know the implications of what an abscess can lead to.

Dr Wong was very patient and went through every factor of my life (first period, first acne experience, type of products used) and etc. He shared on 3 approaches to overcome my acne problems and we decided on the first approach with no upselling or hardsell. Thankfully after 4months, my acne has calmed down and most of my scars are healing. Truly enjoyed my experience with Assurance clinic. The whole clinic has a cosy atmosphere and reception staffs and are friendly too.

My scalp had been itching for several months, scratches non-stop and sometimes bleeding. It started with a small affected area which then spread to the whole scalp. I changed many shampoo but it doesn’t help. My mother brought me to consult Dr Wong then. He explained in details on the treatment of my scalp by prescribing me with some antibiotics, medicated shampoo and scalp spray. After nearly 2.5 months, my scalp is all well and healthy. I am grateful for that. Dr Wong is truly a remarkable dermatologist and professional in his area of expertise.
