I am really pleased with my experience with Dr Tan. She is very knowledgeable and kind, and takes care to explain everything to you. Her whole team are very nice and have made me feel at ease each time I've been. I definitely recommend going here if you are looking for a Skin Specialist.

Dr Eileen is very good but so many staffs there and very inefficient. It took very long time to process although not crowded. They don’t give priority to patients who are sitting and waiting so long. ??

Well..if you are looking for a Specialist's clinic which not only offers you the solutions to your issues but at the same time makes you feel like home, then you are on the right page. I've been visiting Dr Eileen Tan for almost a year now and I'll be very honest, I am so looking forward to my appointment every single time. I feel like I can be at the clinic the whole day! The staffs are so accommodating to the point they make you feel that you are part of the staffs there. Dr Eileen herself is a true professional and had my skin issues addressed in the best effective way possible. So all in all, it's a Specialist clinic that makes you feel...special.

Have been seeing Dr Eileen since start of the year and she has done a lot for me since. She corrected a misdiagnosis that I had about my condition from NSC and in every step of the treatment made sure that I knew and felt comfortable with what was going to happen. Staff there and Dr Tan are very concerned for the well-being of their patients and go above and beyond what a patient would typically expect from their treatment. Would highly recommend anyone with skin conditions to seek Dr Tan and her staff for assistance

Dr. Eileen is the kindest, most professional and knowledgable doctor I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Eileen to anyone with skin and/or hair issues. I have a huge keloid on my shoulder due to a wrong surgery done in Malaysia to remove an oil seed. I sought help at Ng Teng Fong skin specialist for a year. The doctors gave me monthly/bi-monthly (inconsistent frequency as it is difficult to book appointments/eventually the doctors extended the frequency to bi-monthly) steroid injections (which is the typical method to deal with keloids). Instead of getting better, the keloid grew and became itchy and painful despite higher concentration of steroid dosage (and I get nausea after each injection). Amazingly, upon the first consultation / injection by Dr. Eileen, the keloid flattened (and I did not get nausea after the first injection). During the second consultation, as the keloid is coping well with the medication, Dr. Eileen suggested to shift the second consultation / injection to a month later and did not charge me for that consultation. Sincerely thankful for your kindness. She has an amazing team of ladies supporting her as well, also full of kindness. Her team ensures that I was fully informed of any charges, is concerned if I have insurance coverage and tried their best to get insurance coverage (unfortunately painful keloid cannot be covered but I am thankful to the team for trying) before booking a/next consultation. I just did my second injection and thank God, the injection frequency can be extended to three months. I have faith that the keloid growth/itch/pain will stabilise under Dr. Eileen's care :) and will continue my journey with her. P.S. My family member has been with Dr. Eileen for the past 2 years for another issue and has been seeing great results. A shout-out to Dr. Eileen and her team for your AWESOMENESS! Got her name thru the insurance company. I wished I've done more research before coming. The wait is long despite having appointments. She comes across as messy and disorganised. Charges are not cheap and treatment approach takes a long time. Level of care can be better.

Awesome team!!!!! I went to Dr Eileen Tan for a eczema breakout will working here in Singapore. Her and her team was first class and assisted me greatly. I would recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist, I can't compliment on them enough.
