โ โ โ โ โ Service was relative quick and the outlet seems to be generally well managed. Seating is well spaced out, as such, conversations were very comfortable.
The quality was alright. I had my usual order and it was prepared to a consistent standard. However, my friends who had the mac and cheese found it severely lacking in flavour. It seems as though the pasta was not drained before adding to the cheese. Unpleasant. The other items were alright.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible queue system. There is only one counter to order food even though there are plenty of empty tables around. Basically, they are punishing customers to stand and wait for a long time to order food rather than be able to order from the comfort of the table. Should consider increasing the number of food order counter or use app ordering. Don't punish customers who want to eat!

No water is served with you meal so expect your meal to be dry unless you top up for a drink, but with the prices they give I'd rather you swallow your meal like a crocodile and buy a bubble tea.
More bang for your buck.

โ โ โ โ โ Had dinner here on a Sunday night, wait time to enter was around 15 minutes, food prices seems to have gone up, taste of food was standard from them. Try to pay with paywave but their system is down. Food wait time is around 10 minutes. Services was above average. Would come back if I have cravings for western food.

โ โ โ โ โ Astons has always been my favorite place to go for decent Western food at humble prices (though the prices have increased quite a lot since my first visit in 2013). I always go for their Chargrilled Chicken with fries and mac n cheese. The chicken was marinated and grilled to perfection with nice smokey aroma and delicious mushroom sauce. The mac n cheese is to die for - having this as a side is a must for me! The place is super noisy as a lot of teenagers often eat here, and due to the high popularity, expect long queue during lunch and dinner time especially on weekends. Nevertheless, Astons is indeed a good option if you want to have a budget meal in groups.
