Installer turned up when he said he would, he was quick and thorough. Took the time to help me set up the lock with clear explanations. Can’t fault anything with the whole experience

Very friendly , helpful and professional service. Yong helped me in liaising with my ID. Providing him with all the necessary details and ensured a smooth installation for me. Sujan the guy who did the installation was very professional, helpful and his workmanship is great.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a digital lock.

Initially having some user problems but with Yong being instrumental about answering my questions, he is able to explain via phone calls and video. Yong has provided impeccable service indeed. Having spoken to a few vendors before him, it was a very good surprise to see that Yong was very friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional and gave me pointers about which lock to look for and rationales for his recommendations. He came across as someone who truly cares for his customer. I starting looking for the YDD324 on standalone basis but ended up getting the 424A and 50GA as a pair! - the decision was made by the end of our call.
It’s truly good to see excellent customer service in action - full credit to Yong for that!

He managed to convince me to downgrade my purchase from YMI70 to YDM7220 as YDM7220 is more user friendly to the elderly family members in my household. I will definitely revisit this shop for future digital lock purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We changed from a Samsung lock to Yale lock recently after hearing good review about the brand. Buying experience was pleasant where our queries were promptly answered.
This lock came with access card, pin code, fingerprint and phone access. We can also monitor lock activity on our phone outside so we know when the children are out/back home.
The Bangladeshi installer was friendly and professional and took time to explain to us on how to use the app and the various uses.
Overall this is a great experience and we would like to recommend the services of SG Digital Lock to our family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the showroom at 10 plus in the morning as Google stated their opening time at 930am, but upon reaching, the showroom was still closed but there were alrdy some staff inside. Instead of asking us to come back again at 11 (the new actual opening time), they had very graciously asked us to come in and introduced Yong to help us with our requests for a new gate, door and digital locks.
The process was very smooth and Yong was very friendly and was focused on helping us to find the best products for our needs. It was a very good sales experience, and already am looking forward to the day when all the item products we purchased will be installed. All in all, highly recommended for anyone who wishes to get digital locks or change their house gates and doors.
