Spoke to Esther and she assured me that I am not alone in my journey. Shortly after, a young and good looking doctor approached me. He is Doctor Bernard Tan. We went to his consultation room. He shared with me his own weight loss journey and I am very impressed and convinced with the product he was recommending me. Proceed to do the necessary body check and ascertain that I am suitable for the product. After 30 days of using the product, I am very happy to say that I have lost a total of 4.1kg. This is my 2nd review by doctor Bernand Tan and I thanked him for his inspiration story and great recommendation. I am aiming to loss another 4kg in the 2nd month I am using the product. Overall well worth and highly friendly staff and helpful doctor. Thank you doctor Bernand Tan.

Staffs in Jem outlet are friendly also, no hard selling, they tell what you need and always our choice to purchase or not. I am actually quite scare of laser treatment just like most of us because we don't understand what the treatment is all about and the feeling of stepping into a Aesthetics clinic is so...? But it turn out to be a wonderful experience! Really didn't expect the "rest assured" feeling that Dr Bernard has given me although I am still a little nervous ? after he explained to me. He is very professional & gives you a very relax feeling before we start the treatment. Highly recommended for first timer! And also, a newly renovated Aesthetics clinic, new equipments, trust worthy doctors & assistant!

He gave me a very thorough explanation of the range of treatments offered at the clinic, even quoting a few scientific papers to back up the effectiveness of the individual machines. The staff were friendly and approachable as well. Highly recommended!

Most important is their staffs, Avely and Esther are attentive, polite and friendly. Dr Bernard is professional. The environment is cosy and clean.

I highly recommend him, especially if it is your first time to an aesthetic clinic! He is patient, reassuring, meticulous, detailed and gentle.
