I could list a whole slew of problems but the worst was the inefficient admin staff - there were three people at the desk, all of them were fixated with the same task and couldn’t bother with new patient registration. The doctor was late for 40 minutes with eight patients waiting in line, the chairs were taped over to probably cover years of being worn down, etc. Please visit one of the many other clinics in the area.

To those going there; please be CAREFUL and informative about what you are doing there. To sum it up; 1. The doctor was NOT listening at all. He kept saying arrogant things like “I’ve been doing this for many years so I know what I am doing. Trust me” when I asked him for the details of the products he prescribed for my acne skin. Furthermore, whenever I raised my doubts or queries, he would try to rush me to the end of it with “mm mm mm” which was really annoying. 2. The bill came as $250 and to be honest it was really overly pricey (personal opinion) as I have been to affordable and better ones. I asked for a breakdown to understand the expenses I was incurring. However, the lady told me that I had to PAY before I could SEE the breakdown. I was confused. But thankfully they managed to annul the payment as I didnt want to get some of their products as I know I could get them cheaper at drug stores. To be honest, out of the 3 ladies assisting, only one of them knew the products very well and was able to understand customers’ needs and serve quality services. It was really surprising when I asked the functions/directions to use of the prescriptions and only one of them could answer me properly. Overall I would say the medications they offer are good. However, the doctor and the ladies may improve to have effective communication with customers. Also would like to feedback them to be more transparent with their charges like consultation fees and products so that customers can be well informed of their choices well BEFORE purchasing.

DO NOT GO unless you are desperate. The service staff was rude and didn't even bother to talk properly, using gestures instead of words to direct me. When i entered to see the doctor, it was even worse because the doctor did not really care about me. While asking me to describe my symptoms, he did a cursory check and said will issue me medicine and ended my consultation in just 1 minute. I realised that the doctor didnt even bother to confirm my symptoms because he was looking at the wrong place when i pointed out the injury! All in all, you shouldn't go here unless you have no other choice. I went there at 10+ pm so it was the only clinic open. There is a reason for the other bad reviews here. Don't visit this clinic!

Give 2 stars because dr is still friendly and attentive to patient. The admin lady (slim one) is just simply ignorance. At the registration counter, i already told her that my son is covered under company's panel. She looked up a while and did not say anything. I said patient is covered under panel. She seems noted. When we were collecting medicines, they asked for payment then I realize that she did not register my son under panel. I have to pay cash. Make me really unhappy with her attitude.

Was a little apprehensive because of the reviews but I had a pleasant experience. It was open at around 4pm and I didn’t have to wait too long. Reception staff was polite and maintained safe distancing between patients. Dr Daniel was reassuring and patient in explaining the conditions. Nurse explained medicine patiently as well.

It's a very good place Covered under Aviva and AIA panel clinics.. it was not crowded when I visited around 10:00am Good doctor Reception can be quite busy like any clinic.. they where helpful.. Clean and neat.. enough seat for 10 people inside.. Can do regular sugar pressure and cholesterol test.. 5/5

I love you Dr Teo and nurses (really sorry I didn't get to know their names). Went in with infected toe nail and got the best treatment and advices from them. Patience and professional team. The procedure was with minimal pain and aftercare advices were very thoughtful. I was very nervous before visting but felt relieved by Dr Teo's affirmation. I didn't have a chance to take a picture. But the clinic is clean and tidy. They also have a separate consultation and treatment room. Very thoughtful. I will definitely return again for consultancies whenever required. First time bringing my 4 years old down here after he has some lingering phlegm/mucus with cough due to covid. Receptionist was friendly. Didn’t wait too long, probably about 30mins. Doctor was good and medication was suitable for my child. However do not they do not accept CDA card for payment.
