★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my all time favourite chocolates. A loyal supporter tracing back as far as 2014.
Sad to say, although quality of chocolates has not changed much, the staff serving at counter really need to improve in their attitude.
By writing here, I hope the management can really seriously look into it. I do not want to elaborate much. Hope the management reading this review can do something about it, before seeing its branches closing down one by one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Whole Mille crepe cake here. However, the staff here was rude and defensive and was uninterested in serving customers. Firstly, when I requested for individual paper boxes for slices of cake and candles. The staff was very reluctant to give those to me and only gave when I strongly insisted that I want. Secondly, when I requested for individual serving spoons and paper bags for sharing of my cake. The staff said she was unable to give me those spoons and paper bags. Overall, poor after sales service. I would not support this brand again as the service is appalling and awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my best experience at this cafe. The ice cream was sold out. The Mille crepe was just kinda average for its price; the sides of the cake was rather dry/hard and it is quite a small piece. For somewhere serving desserts that’s so chocolately, it is quite disappointing that they do not serve water. (To be fair, they do sell Evian at $3.00)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is good however the standard of food seems to deteriorate over the years. The small piece of Mille crepe was just dry, chocolate was not as rich as before.
Drinks are overpriced than popular cafes (Starbucks / Coffeebeans and Tea Leaf)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the first level of JEM where you take the green MRT line and alight at Jurong East. Walk towards Scoop Wholefoods and you will be able to find Awfully Chocolate nearby.
This bakery is a Singapore startup that used to just offer one type of chocolate fudge cake but now it seems they are the go to option when looking for chocolate related food. They pride in handmade chocolate pastries and sweets. Their slices or whole cakes are not exactly affordable but you are purchasing premium quality for delicious tastes.
The one staff here is friendly and courteous but she feels abit stretched. This outlet seems to be shorthanded when I visited them which took awhile before I was served. Hope that their management will increase manpower for this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed they do not serve the All Chocolate cake in slices so we took the super stacked and butter scotch cake. Super stacked was not too sweet whilst butter scotch was too sugary for me. The super stacked was served a little melted (?), there was a small pool of water on the plate.
Coffee was decent, a little pricey for the standard. Disposable cups and cutlery served despite dining in. Overall, prices are on the higher side ($7-8.50 for a small slice of cake) for the quality, quantity and ambiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a cup of drink & a slice of White Chocolate Crème Brûlée on a non school holiday weekday. There wasn't anyone in the cafe. Probably bcos it's located at a little corner of Jem.
Staff was looking lethargic & cold towards us. I don't feel welcomed somehow. Our White Chocolate Crème Brûlée was quite delicious. We love the layer of caramelise sugar! Will try out awfully chocolate shops the next time.
