The carbonara was supposed to have spinach in it but it didn’t have. Am I supposed to think the sprinkling of green around the plate is spinach? The pizza is quite large and the toppings not bad. We had the seafood one. Not particularly value for money but at least it’s not tiny. The crust is more on the mochi chewy side. You need to cut it by yourself with the provided scissors. Good for people who like hands on dining experience. The restaurant is at a corner of Jem so it wasn’t particularly crowded at dinner time on a Saturday. Great if you’re looking for a meal. But some items were already sold out by then. The service is so-so, don’t expect stellar service from a casual establishment. Total spending for 2 dishes is nearly $50 with taxes. Why are we paying service charge for lackluster service…? A bit upset to find out that this place is under Japan Food Holdings some days after I dined there. The staff never asked if we had the JFH membership. Wasted my points collection chance then. A bit disappointing. *rolls eyes* Why bother having a membership when your staff don’t even ask customers to be loyal?

Went during lunchtime weekend... prices are reasonable . Quality is big too.. I simply love this pizza...tasty, and crisp, but not thick ... Staff are quite attentive too.

Decided to give this a try. Relatively new restaurant. Not crowded, presumably due slightly higher prices. Tried the teriyaki salmon rice set. Pretty standard stuff. Overall nice balance. But kinda pricey even after factoring in everything.

Jem outlet. Definitely have to try their pizzas. Their food portion are also quite huge. Quality of food is awesome ??? 美味しいです! Definitely will recommend to family and friends. I was also recommended by my friends . Staff are also very friendly and play their role to control safe distance measures.

The pizza base is surprisingly good! It’s fluffy, chewy and full of the nice flavour of wheat. And the sauce topped was just nice, perfect companion with the dough. Not too much to make the dough wet, and not too cheesy or heavy taste to cover the dough’s flavour. As for the toppings, I suggest not necessarily to choose the fancy toppings. The black pepper pork was very nice though, the egg wrapping with cabbage feels completely another dish not related to the pizza. Another comment is the milk lemonade was too damn sour, not recommended! Other than these, the restaurant was clean a d cozy, service is good too. I will come back for trying the pasta.

Went in Feb, on weekday for late lunch. Not crowded only 2-3 tables occupied as late lunch timing. However one of the staff kept playing with phone although just standing right beside me. Ended up serving the food of another table to me but with my mask off as I was having appetiser and drink. Heard other customer telling staff she will reject food due to covid and my mask was off when served to me. Other than that food was pretty acceptable. Pizza portion was huge just look at the photo with the karaage. Salmon baked rice was acceptable. Love the salad that came with lunch set though. Very appetising (pretty 开胃). Location - Inside Jem, 2 mins or so walk from Jurong East train station. Convenient! Shuttled too? Food - Pizza was delicious, by then I was too full for Salmon baked rice ? Price - Acceptable for lunch. Pizza was $20+ but huge (no lunch set for this) Service - Acceptable but room for improvement

Paid $70 for this inclusive of GST and service charge. The flavours were subtle, not overpowering nor contradicting. However for the price I paid, the serving was rather small. The pizza dough was airy and fluffy, its crusted and blistered, it was beautiful but the toppings wasn't really incredible to add on to flavour and value. I liked the mentaiko pasta with the fresh roe, only hoped portion could be a tad more. Overall I enjoyed my meal, there wasn't a hint of regret for "trying" but I wouldn't say id come back. -? for price -? for portion
