★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place for a quick bite that won't break the bank...love theirnspicy curry cauliflower salad and is my go-to place for pecan pie for now. Mocha coffee could have been stronger but no complaints about service or the rest of the food.

Ordered:
1. Avocado smash
2. Iced americano
The smoked salmon paired really well with avocado and bread. Iced americano is okay. Overall, good find!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible mains - no difference compared to a hotel breakfast buffet except that it cost me almost $20 per pax. We ordered the popular eggs Benedict and Spanish omelette. My wife had diarrhea after having their hot chocolate. Their "popular" latte tasted like it was directly from a machine. Super lousy. I had to go to the hawker centre to eat a simple prata kosong and carrot cake to make up for my horrible breakfast. The "locals" in the area only dropped by to takeaway bread/ pastries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on Saturday at 8:30am, and the service was prompt. The lady at the front door was really courteous and cheerful, and it really made our day.
First but definitely not my last visit here, because the food here was really yummy. Had the scrambled eggs with sausage, the salted caramel (a tad salty) and the pain au chocolate (my favourite!). Oh the coffee was delicious as well ??
Would come back to try the other pastries! They serve free tap water as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience and a good choice of resting place for casual chit chat with friends. The lemon tart is delicious and the staff are friendly as always. The shop is filled with wide variety of bakery choices. The standard Americano coffee is recommended for a boost of energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality has deteriorated. Portion is good but the food was really really bland. More than half of the salad was just barley; coffee was subpar, wasn’t fragrant at all, probably the coffee beans used were stale. Lemon tart was too dense for my liking.
Instead of having such a wide selection, B&C can consider identifying key offerings and make sure they are served with quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the smashed avocado and an iced oat latte. Food here was served pretty quickly and the portion is slightly on the bigger side. I would have liked if the bread was toasted a bit more and the avocado could have a little bit more flavour. It was nice that they served it with smoked salmon. Cost me $30 for both. I would say that the food is decent and the cafe has a nice ambiance to chat with friends. However, there are better options along chip bee gardens.
