If you wanna have coffee but don't wanna fork out too much, this is the place. Buns, bread and sandwiches are nice. Most of the time, staff are friendly - they even offered to make me a sandwich when the variety that I wanted was not available ( it was in the afternoon)

I was actually having my coffee eat a cafe nearby where I could see the the bakery. I usually buy some bread from Provence after my coffee. I gave 3 stars last week as I was disappointed that I couldn’t buy any bread after witnessing the staffs dusting the ceilings when the food was still on display. Cleaning of the ceiling should be done when there’s nomore food on display that’s when the shop close for the day. Dust flies. It’s very unhygienic. This time I decided to give 2 stars for hygiene. I hope the management will look into it

Yummy bread! Love the Milk Pan, $2/ea. Not the cheapest bakery in town but definitely quality pastries. The chicken frank bun is also amazing, not a big fan of hotdog buns but this chicken frank bun is really good :)

This is a bakery so don’t even bother with the drinks menu. I’ve been going to Provence since 8 years ago when they were still located within the Holland Village complex (they’ve now shifted to the Raffles Hospital building opposite). Their specialty buns are the milk buns, the pack of sweet / chocolate rolls that look like mini croissants, and the chewy cheese buns. Their sandwiches are pretty good too - the teriyaki always tends to get sold out fast. Despite the name this bakery reminds me more of the Japanese bakeries that are no-nonsense and committed to quality.

The breads are very fresh. I have ordered a Toast double hams sandwich and A brewed cappuccino . Very good. I LOVE THE TOASTED SANDWICH. SO DELICIOUS ? Near Holland Village mrt.

My default bakery at Holland V. Been patronising this bakery since my teenage years.. The star of this bakery is its black sesame cheese mini croissant. I ate it from 40 cents till now 90 cents. They had shift in total 3 location . This is the worst . It's so small and squeezy . The previous shop house is not bad with Level 2 dinning. However I still feel the one tuck at the back of Holland village is the best . It has a small cottage feel to it . Bread here are serve in Japanese standard. Price is a little higher than normal . Quality is assured .
