★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The GWC Watson outlet is massive but short-staffed and hence less attentive in the sense one could hardly locate the needed items without the handy help of caring staff !
" When a pioneer citizen goes round and round for 2-3 times looking for a particular item in the store, no one cares to approach "Can we help?" until the cashier intervenes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been staying at Havelock road for my vacation visit to singapore and had to refill my throat medicine at that time and was hoping to find a good chemist store near my hotel. Luckily I was guided towards this amazing watson store by google maps. The store is on ground floor of the Great City Mall and is very easy to locate as it has quite a big signage which is visible from the entrance of the mall. The staff at the store was very helpful and she helped me find my medicine in no time. It was a life save finding this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Female manager and staff bad attitude and lack of knowledge. Tried to use coupon and got different explanations from cashier, manager trainee and manager. Had us picking up items not eligible for coupon usage and ended up wasting time.
The young female manager was condescending and impatient instead of trying to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will recommend use self check out cashier if possible, Staff attitude need to be improve. Instead of explaining the tissue for gwp, Staff He Feng just throw on cashier. The attitude showed was different from the previous customer !!! Will only return to the outlet if I have no choice.
