I would NOT recommend to buy a pup from here. We had a very bad experience dealing with them, not at all trustworthy and VERY OPPORTUNISTIC

Very arrogant shop. Wanted to go in to take a look at the puppies but was rejected by the staff who was hostile and said the shop is closed for private viewing only.

We had a very frustrating experience with Barkbuzz. Firstly, they said their puppies eat only Akela (their in house brand) brand's pet food and if we buy another brand, they won't eat. When we asked for recommendation of a pet supply store, they insisted we purchase everything - water bottle, pee pan, toys, toothpaste, Toothbrush from them which were expensive than pet lovers centre. 'Why you bought from pet lovers centre, we have it here' . When we said that it is expensive at their store, the girl says it's 40 cents cheaper:-) Pee pads buy 4 get 4, nothing less than that! Instead of giving advice, they took undue advantage of us as first timers. Throughout our dealing with them they pounced on every opportunity to make money out of our ignorance. If you're a first timer to have a pet, would highly recommend to seek a pet shop owner who's honest, supportive and not pushy.

Unethical dog seller in Singapore, a bunch of liars and unprofessional sales tactics. Use and recreate a new website and Instagram profile. If the buyer does some research, it's the same owner changing his Company names and Acra profile. Why? Avoiding complains. I do not recommend this Barkbuzz petshop at all. Purchase your good dogs from another proper authentic pet shop. So do mine, took our chances elsewhere which were served and got our pet for life.

Very big place with many viewing booths for puppies. I brought my 3 children there for them to view the puppies. The shop owner, Sharon, was very kind and patient. We had lots of questions for her as we were not sure what were the commitments required for possibly a first time owner, and she patiently answered all of them. She was also accommodating and allowed them to interact with a male toy poodle. She also taught my son how to carry a puppy. We spent almost an hour there and had a good time interacting with Sharon. The place is very well kept and organised. At the end, we came out of the shop much wiser than before and also understood what is necessary to own a pet. Thank you Sharon!
