โ โ โ โ โ When they first opened at Kinex during covid, the food was 5 stars. Now i visited again and the standard dropped to 2.5 stars. Unfresh prawns with a medicine smell n taste. Scallop too. Plus a miserable mango pudding with colourful chocolate chips (????!!!!) - nothing that looks like the picture in the menu and screen projection. And never had I even eaten deep fried ้ฒ็ซนๅทin my entire life! We only ate half of the three pieces. Totally disappointing lunch.

Food at Joyfulness Dining is Modern Chinese cuisine, though they primarily carry Chinese Cantonese influence. In particular, they specialise in dim sum (which is only available during lunch), and luxury seafood. Portions are sized for communal group dining, meant to be shared.

Went for my birthday celebration and overhearing that it was my birthday, the manager, Ken got my table of 7, freshly made birthday lotus buns and some lovely desserts for free! What a lovely and unexpected surprise! Highly recommend their ala carte buffets menus too.

โ โ โ โ โ Was there for the soft launch today. Food was pretty good and the stand outs were the cod fish in Thai spicy and sour sauce, braised tofu with scallop. Worth making a trip there!

โ โ โ โ โ The restaurant is a relatively new setup, the decoration is good but I guess it's during covid time they are unable to get prploper staffing. It's obvious that they are running short-handed. Hence, I would not comment much about the service rendered... except they forgotten my daughter dessert after we waited 20min for it.
Food is average by restaurant standard. Price is on the higher comparing to the portion served. Not sure if they would increase the portion as we tried them out during the 50% new opening promotion.

โ โ โ โ โ LUNCH MUNCH LUNCH ? Nice Chinese cuisine (Cantonese etc) on the 2nd floor Kinex mall. Comfortable seatings with good array of dishes available together with ala carte buffet for dim sum dishes. Peking Duck n roast meats r a definite must try n the tofu dishes r also yummy. A good meal would be a combination of the buffet with ala carte menu dishes- the next occasion would be a seafood foray into crab, prawns, lobsters etc. Service is a bit strained as staff r new n orders were a tad slow but enthusiasm made up for the lack of experience. All in a nice luncheon n definitely a return match is to be scheduled to check out that last star ?

โ โ โ โ โ My second time here (Kinex), went for seafood buffet dinner today , food was really good , and the service was great too especially from a waiter ( uncle wearing a black cap - didn't get his name) was really friendly and not forgetting the lady (waitress) that serving our table, she was great too ! Our food was out in a second !
Will definitely go again ! Thank you for serving us . Great work !

Visited the restaurant the second time during lunch. The staff service level is still wonderful as they are attentive to food orders and requests. The taste of the food was good and the ambience is quite relaxing too. Definitely a grey customer experience.

From the outside, the restaurant looks small but when you enter through the flowers decoration, the restaurant is pretty spacious with a banquet style. Tried the buffet menu option and the items are above expectations. The foods are well proportioned and the taste is just like those of hotels. Quite good. Quite worth it as there are prawns and crabs too. The prawn items are crunchy and fresh! Definitely will want to come back again!
