Its a small kiosk in the middle of the corridor. Compared to the full scale shop, it is much cluttered and cramp. They do have the actual barbeque of the bakwa there and you can ask for samples before you buy. It is jot crowded most of the time and is only crowded during Chinese new year period.

@Waterway Point. Poor customer service especially the senior lady staff. Happier with service at Compass One though design seems smaller for the barbecuing station.

Taste super bad!!!!! I alway went to Tampines bought bak kwa, but this outlet bak kwa really taste super bad, dry and hard can't even bite, regret to purchase at this outlet!

I purchased 350g of sliced pork for my parents on the 6/1/2021. The service was already bad, i already ordered and nade my way to the cashier but a lady was asking lots of question, so the uncle cashier said i have to wait for payment when no one was making payment. I have to wait for the lady to ask finish her questions and decide on what she wanted, make payment then I can make payment, when there are other cashier who can do paymebt for me but the uncle said I must wait even when no one is ready for payment. Anyway, so I only managed to pass the bak kwa to my parents on 9/1/2021. When they open the package, the sauce was overflowing and it looked gross that I wouldnt even want to eat it. Have been purchasing for years, i had never encountered such wet and stickey quality. Few days back my brother in law purchased from lim chee guan and it was nothing alike. I tried calling and emailing the hq but as it is a weekend, i was unable to get through so i made my way down to bee cheng hiang outlet at waterway point, where i purchased from. I explained and requested for a change but they said they were unable to do so. I told them to open up the package and they did but just look at me like nothing was wrong. I told them this was a gift so it ended up so dirty n gross, its not presentable at all, what's more was I had never encountered such sliced pork quality. One of the aunty immediately told me I was wrong, what i got was the applewood pork hence the sauce. I told her no I purchased normal sliced pork, and since she said its the applewood pork i asked her to changed for me, she refused and keep say thats the besy quality, having so much sauce and the pork being wet and sticky is really good quality and she cant exchange. She then checked the receipt, then say "oh yes ya its normal pork slice so u cant change, theres nothing wrong. I will just change the paper for you" Since i was unable to exchange, i asked her not to throw the paper that had so much sauce(i wanted to take a photo of how disgusting n messy it looked) then she said she already throw. I said i wanted it back she say ita already deep in the dustbin so its very dirty. I am really upset and disappointed with the service and probably the quality of the pork. Maybe it is good quality, it was just they did not set it to dry right after taking it up, but the appearance was just too disgusting, and they kept insisting it was good quality when i haven even seen such bak kwa in my life, extremely wet n sticky n messy. Too bad i didnt take a photo of how it looked if not i would have posted on social media. People can still continue purchasing from them, but maybe one day you'll get the same good but disgusting messy quality as I dis.

Taste bad! Burning taste more than eating bak Kwa!

Super inefficient and slow. The senior lady at the cashier is rude. The ba kwa looks burnt. Staff lack training. Lousy branch.

Poor Customer service There was only 2 person in the queue including me. 3rd guy came and was giving service before me, took the last batches of chicken flavoured ones and i was left with none. Note to self: ANNOUNCE YOUR ARRIVAL WITH A RED CARPET when attempting to make purchases from here
