★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely my favourite pepper soup bkt among all the brands in sg. The soup has the right amount of pepper and the pork ribs are tender. Variety of side dishes to choose from. Char siew and kai lan are nicely done. Affordable prices too. Great service as well. Although long q during dinner time, the q move quite fast.

Every service staff was courteous, friendly and welcoming - encouraging us to 慢用，insisting on pouring more soup for us (even when we said no need) and allowing us to use our reusable bottle. We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely return :)

I’m a super big fan of their gorgeous youtiao as well, have visited twice and they are always crispy. Love dunking them in the soup and dipping in the chilli black sauce! (I always cant resist to add on an additional order of youtiao)
Rice is very fragrant and fluffy! Good match with the soft ribs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible staff service. after our order came, they suddenly told us that our order is insufficient and that we HAVE to order something from the "Braised Dishes" section. they didn't give us an explanation as to why even after prompts, and said that they were unaware that we did not order accordingly ???¿¿¿ 3-4 staff were crowding around us to pressure us to order something yet none of them bothered to inform us of the compulsory order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really thankful didn’t have to wait for long during lunch timing (around 1230pm), waited less than 10mins to get seated but waited more than 10mins to get the food.
The promo lunch set for 2 is really value for money and filing as well. Value for money because you can save around 12% compared to ordering the items separately. The you tiao is a must order! very crispy and goes well with the soup.
