Highly recommenced. Visiting Dr Tan more than 5 years. Very professional.

My family and I are very grateful to Dr Tan, his dental nurse as well as admin staff. We were looking for a dentist nearby lengkok bahru for my dad's urgent dental condition. Upon googling, we found Dr Tan's contact and this was our first engagement and contact with them and we are already very impressed and satisfied with Dr Tan and his team's professionalism as well as their sincerity in serving the community. Why do I say that? My dad is a wheel chair bound patient residing at Pacific healthcare nursing home at lengkok bahru. He needs to have his tooth extraction immediately and upon hearing this, without further hesitation, he self volunteered to visit us at the nursing home. Even when we told him that my dad is currently on aspirin (a medication which will cause blood to become thin and hence runs a risk of blood not clotting easily) Dr Tan was willing take on the risk to perform the tooth extraction and he even asked us if my dad was a pioneer citizen etc. This shows that he is not out to charge you expensively. He is trying to help you to see if u could save up your expenses. Thus, we were really grateful to Dr Tan and his staff who were all very helpful and kind. Once again, thank you Dr Tan & Team ^^.

Highly recommended to visit this dentist around Redhill area. I was suspecting that a cavity was forming so I went to see Dr Bernard Tan as it was also recommended by my family. Dr Tan was very honest in telling me that there wasnt a cavity and the removal of my wisdom tooth was optional. He was also really kind and was really patient in answering all my other enquiries. Really appreciate a honest dentist as I previously visited another dentist across the block from Bernard Tan Dental Surgery, I was told I had many tiny cavities forming which needed to be filled and also recommended few other procedures that were absolutely not needed.

My helper needs dental extraction urgently. I read the good reviews from Google and called the clinic for more infomation. Unlike other clinic, the admin staff is very helpful that she gave me a lot of useful advice. Then I decided to take her there to do the extraction. Dr Tan is very kind, he only charged minimum fee for my helper considering her low income background. Big thanks for Dr Tan and his team. highly recommended!

Dr Tan is indeed a very kind and detailed person who shows high professionalism. Upon reading the good reviews given, I went to his clinic to have a simple scaling and polishing. He explained a lot of my teeth situation and taught me the type of fillings which I should ask for next time, should the filling done by other dentist drops off in the future. He is definitely not one who will charge his patient anyhow as his fees is very reasonable, compared to some dental clinics. Please support him!

My dad (a 74 year old) when to this clinic for cleaning, the hygienist was extremely unprofessional in her work. When asked if she has cleaned his denture, she made a sarcastic remark. My dad also asked if they provide courier to send his denture (due to covid, he prefers not to move around too much) she answered: “then you come out when covid is over”. These remarks are all uncalled for as a healthcare professional. Stay away from this clinic.

Was at the clinic earlier today with my helper. Dr and his team was extremely patience and sincere in explaining the situation. From the moment he started talking. Its just so comforting. Thank you Dr Tan. My helper and my family sincerely appreciate it.

I just would like to express my gratitude to Dr Tan here. Actually I have been told by other dentist to do teeth filling. Due to some reason, I decided to change a clinic. From google review, I find this clinic and now I believe that I make a good choice as Dr Tan is very patient,detailed and kind, he explained to me the reason that I am not required to do teeth filling and gave me a lot of info and suggestions about my wisdom teeth. And the most unexpected part is Dr Tan never charge me any consultation fee from that! I am really suprising at that moment and grateful for this kind act as we all know that it is really hard to happen in our current society. No hard selling or simply charge case already considered very lucky. Hence, I'm just would like to show my appreaciation for the kindness that I received today. Highly recommend! Ps: The staffs here are very friendly as well!
