Tried today, overrated and overpriced. $4.50 for a single set, with so little kway, that a friend wolfed down another $4 bowl of meepok from the adjacent stall right after, just to sate his appetite. Giving 1 more star because the intestines were well braised and cleaned, but my portion of the set + head of big intestine was too expensive at $8.50 for barely enough kway or intestines. I suppose they've gotten a big head with their success, but I certainly won't be patronising them anymore, not if I have to pay so much for so little. What another reviewer mentioned about shortchanging is indeed the case!

往事只能回味 Once was my benchmark for kway chap. The kway used to be silky and smooth which requires the attention of the tongue before it slides down your throat. The offal is braised with the traditional soy based braise which reminds you why hypertension is so prevalent in this country. While I am not a big fan of the offal, I cannot deny the heavenly kway its loyal following. However they have kept the traditional offal, and traded its soul (kway) for a lack luster ghoul that trampered your childhood memories of the yesteryear. 回来快点回来。。。。。。。

TLDR: used to be one of the best. We are a long time patron for this stall. They served one of the softest kway around. Their intestines were free of strong smell, handled properly I’d say. This round we ordered for two person. But the serving was almost for a single person. Used to be one of the best kway chap around. Will seriously consider patronising again if the short changing doesn’t stop.

Great tasting kway chap. intestines were really clean. didnt even need to dip in chilli to get rid of the usual funky smell. stall owners were friendly and easy to order because they specialize in the dish. just tell them how many people are eating. superb. Best kway chap ive had in a long time.

In this stall that also sells bbq chicken wings, you can find good kway chup ! Lightly braised ,the kway is smooth & silky ,unlike many other stalls which uses a thicker variety that is not smooth. The pork belly ,tau pok ,fish cake & braised egg is tasty, the chili dip compliment the dish very well.by the way, portion is small for the kway.

Feb 2019. This stall had moved from its previous spot. I was not sure if owners changed hands. But the quality was still there. I didn't like to order a big set where all shared by digging their chop sticks inside. I ordered individual sets for my colleagues. At $4.5 per pax set, it came with intestines, egg, meat, tofu and tau pok. Power protein set. I loved the intestines. Springy, cleanly done and soaked up the saucy taste. The meat was soft and not that woody tough cut. Should have been more adventurous to include skin and other parts.

Very decent Kway Chap but defintely can't compare to the other 2 in the area. Braised sauce is light and not too salty. Innards well braised and clean. But in bedok it's pretty average.

So-so kway chap. Kway broth was lightly herbal. Braised sauce is light leaning on the light soy sauce kind. Innards were well-cleaned without too much foul odour. Pig trotter was very tough. I got very thirsty after consuming the kway chap even though I was not slurping the braised sauce and kway broth.
