★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I grew up in Bedok, and they have been here since the old bedok hawker. (I think they are here for more than 10 years). One of my fav ban mian in SG and the price is economical. When i dont know what to eat, i will always choose Zhong Xing Ban Mian :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homey taste of the ban mian. Ordered a few times from this stall because it's just comforting. There's decent amount of ingredients inside and the egg yolk is still runny which is great! The chili for the dry version is great too. There's not much queue most of the time. Just hope that the ikan bilis can be more crunchy.

The noodles have the perfect ‘QQ’ texture, egg is cooked just right, minced pork is tender and flavorful, anchovies are perfectly crisp and vegetables come in a generous portion. Go at night - it’s usually a grandma who’s cooking and her food never disappoints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noodles are not bad but overcooked. The flavour is great though. Wait is too long and the auntie who took my order is so so so slow. Cannot remember order also. Only thing that is good is the flavour. Not worth the wait. There were 3 people in front of me and had to wait for like 15 mins. That's how slow it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homely ban mian over here at the interchange hawker centre. The minced pork melts in your mouth, fried ikan bilis has a slight saltiness to it, adding to the taste. Broth and noodles are okay. A filling and affordable meal any time of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised at the number of 1* reviews for ZX Ban Mian. Texture of noodles were perfect, soup was flavoursome and the minced pork was surprisingly sweet! I usually overlook the minced pork in typical banmian dishes, so this was a nice surprise. No complaints about the service too, the ladies were efficient and not rude.
