★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff did not change gloves between handling our food and moving equipment/trolleys around the place. That was disgusting. The tempura crab, taken out the fryer, was still dripping with oil when they placed in on the rice. The SFA food hygiene certificate was nowhere to be found.
Food tasted not bad, but I had no appetite left after the above experience. I am never returning to this store again. I would recommend to avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a delivery rider so I can't rate the quality of the food. But the time to prepare the order for my customer usually takes so long, the longest took more than 20 minutes! Even though I don't think they need to prepare any food that takes a long time or need to be cooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff got started on my GrabFood order straight away and it was still warm when it arrived. It was also well rolled. Always opt for some tempura crunch (soft shell or ebi fry). You get what you pay for - not top tier sushi but not bottom of the barrel either.

Its a bit pricey but it is pretty good. There's lots of choices and you can customize your sushi or salad.
Great for takeaways. Has dining in area too.
Be prepared to fork out 8-12 bucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is quick here, we managed to get our food promptly. The salad here is decent but we felt that they could have been more generous with their ingredients. You can pay with favepay too, so you can earn some cashback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 bowls of salad with lettuce. The cashier was rude and for some reason laughed at me when i was making my order.
The portion was a lot smaller compared to other makisan outlets and that was a big disappointing. One of my bowls had avocado in it but it was rotten as it tasted very sour and I couldn't eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to dine in this afternoon. Was able to find a seat. I like it they we could customize the the toppings. Sushi is nice but I feel the rice is too moist. Suggest they put less water when cooking and that would be perfect. Will be nice if more tables are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Mega San for takeaway. Reached home, open it up and had a Mega shock, I thought a rat nibble at it in my car.
End day, if one spoilt the roll while cutting or wrapping, and yet don't wanna replace it, at least let your customer know and check if they can accept it.
I would gladly / definitely just accept it and move on..
*Already had a long day at work. Finally got time to have my lunch during dinner time, and this happen.. ?
