Alan was patient in explaining the issues how to go about correcting issues that I was experiencing. I also felt more comfortable on the drops on both of my bikes. Was abit skeptical at first, but Alan and the team made sure that they are the right people to rectify any of your cycling discomfort.

The session with Alan was very insightful with plenty of sharing and tips on cycling techniques and mechanics. Was pleasantly surprised that the fitting included an evaluation on own body flexibility before going on the bike. The place was also very cosy with good vibes.

I am glad I did the right choice. During the session they did an assessment on me taught me some stretching techniques before we go into the fitting. During the fitting they did some adjustment change my saddle adjust my cleats. Finally we put on the sensors and started recording. A thorough explanation with the result at the end. Subsequently I still visit them for other reasons sometime just drop by for coffee and chit chat. Alan is very generous with his knowledge sharing. The place is very conducive. I always enjoy my visit there. And most importantly i leave the place with all the problems solved. Enjoying my every ride.

Gary was very patient during the fitting session and not only addressed the complaints I shared about my neck and shoulders, but also made other adjustments to ensure I can ride pain-free. He also observed my posture, flexibility and mobility limitations before the fit. He was very detail oriented and explained every adjustment he made and advised me on my riding posture. Not only have I been able to ride longer and farther more comfortably since the fitting, but I’ve also gained tons of knowledge from the session. Really great experience and highly recommend! Can’t wait to be back when I finally move on to clipless pedals ?

Alan did the assessment and fitting for me and his knowledge and service were tops. He already knew the adjustments on my seat post & saddle post assessment … and shared with me tips/vids on post ride stretching to help alleviate pain post rides because of an apparent imbalanced pelvis. 3 rides so far and I can attest didn’t feel the numbness on my hands and very minimal to none of a lower right back pain post rides. Thanks Alan for the great service! Highly recommend them!

I’m always the type of guy to do my research and concluded this was the best place to get it done. ? Long story short it was. Gary really did a great job and we were able to get me locked in like a beautiful roller coaster ready for the speed. ? Would highly recommend if you have ever wanted a real professional bike fit catered to you. What I love about post bike fit is I now have maximum comfort and peddle efficiency. No more sore hands, back or leg pain just to name a few of the issues that went away after.

Allan was very understanding to move my appointment from 1 to 1:30PM on a short notice though their schedule was quite packed. Ben And Gary helped me with the fit. Both are very knowledgeable and very approachable. The fitting in itself is an experience on its own. I enjoyed spending my time with like minded individuals like Ben and Gary. Would definitely revisit for a service and would recommend to anyone looking for bike fit or a service.
