M	Manny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and cosy Japanese place in Far East Plaza. Got the All Star Combo Meals and Ox Tongue Stew which were all pretty decent. Currently they are on Entertainer app with 1 for 1 mains which makes the All Star Combo Meals all the more worth it. Worth a try.
B	Brendan Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wagyu hamburg was real tasty. The portions were a little small for the price that they charge. I would loved a slightly bigger portion to be honest. Overall the service was fast and the staff were friendly. Do try it if you are in the area.
A	Avril Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Chope voucher with a 1-for-1 deal at $33. We had the unagi with non-spicy grilled lamb combo and the other is roast beef with seafood cake combo. Comes with hot/cold green tea. Restaurant was quiet with only 1 other table occupied. After being seated, the waiter didn't take the initiative to come over to take our orders. We sat for a while and only after we signaled him, he came. Took our food order, did not tell us about the green tea and we had to ask. After that, food came quite fast. But he did not come and refill our drink. Food is OK but not out of the ordinary. At 1-for-1, it is OK value. Without that, then I wouldn't bother. Will not return.

The green tea that came with the set was perfect to cleanse the palate to welcome the next excitement. The quality of each meat was good no doubt but just slightly salty. These are the meat combo, Roast Beef with Pork Katsu and Wagyu Hamburg with Pork Belly ✨ Ambience wise: An intimate dining restaurant, seems very popular for groups of friends to hang out. ?? Service wise: Service was prompt, food and drinks came quickly. ? Price wise: Given the quality of these combos, and the use of #chope deals, it is not that expensive. If not, I feel that the prices are a bit steep.

Roast beef very thinly sliced, not tough. Ambience not fantastic, looks jappy. Loud noises from kitchen could be heard throughout our meal. Service was adequate but not great. Overall an average dining experience.

We ordered the Salmon Soup with Hokkaido Milk, Fried Camembert Cheese, Grilled Pork Belly with Roast Beef, and Grilled Lamb with Hamburg. All the food was decent, especially the pork belly, but I did not like the taste of the Grilled Lamb (just a weird taste to me, but my girlfriend liked it a lot, so really a preference). Also, the roast beef was a bit of a false advertising, as they only give 4 slices and there rest was rice underneath, which was not mentioned anywhere in the menu. Overall, still a nice place.

The place is also nicely decorated and ambience is nice. As Burpple Beyond subscribers, we were able to get the 1 for 1 promo for main and drinks, so it is really a good deal.
A	Ad Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant find of a decent Japanese restaurant hidden in a corner of Far East Plaza.. tried the ox tongue, rib eye and hamburger patty.. the ox tongue was tender yet slight chewy, went well with the accompanying sauce that was savoury. The rib eye was medium done, so had the redness without blood in the tender meat. The patty was soft and savory with the sauce. Overall enjoyed the meal on Christmas eve. Managed to get seats before 6pm to enjoy happy hour drink offers.
