Been waiting for the CS mgr to call me since weeks back. It never happen. Today 15 Jun, made the same request and am still waiting! A simple request was made such frustrations. Clearly shows incompetent of CS. Similarly, had made queries thru ' online enquires months back but there was no reply at all!

The after sales service is super bad. try booking for a service and if you have any problems with brakes or noise or engine..... it is not done or solved. after owning BMWs or last 25+ years... My goodness.... after sales service has never been so bad....

I would like give 2 thumbs up for CSA Haikai for his good and quick service to get my BMW fuel closure repair when I had to drive in to PML last minute and he did his best to settle within a few hours even though it was during peak hours. Thank you so much, Haikai ! You deserve this good review !

Leslie Koh deserved a perfect ratings. Fast & meticulous. After sales service, still deliver top notch service/information. He did not wait until tmr to reply. Super fast reply. PML need to this kind of employee. He deserved not just pat on the back, should be more than that. A recognition would be the tip of the iceberg.

Very bad experience on my final servicing of my car. Attended by Jason Lee, he told me that my 100k servicing of my car is void because my mileage is about 102k on the day of service. I explain to him that I made the appointment on 1 June but earliest available date is 12 July. He told me I can just walk in if is due, no need to book appointment and asking me to pay for the servicing as appealing won't help. I ask to see his boss and finally he return to say they will honour the servicing. Is this how BMW servcing work??

I was served by Leslie. The service attitude is good and overall experience is fantastic! I actually messaged through the pml website in wee hours and to my surprise Leslie actually took the effort to reply me not knowing if I were a genuine buyer. I am very touched by his good attitude and I must say he is definitely a gem to PML. He is also straight forward and everything is exactly the same as per our communication. No hidden cost or surprise whatsoever. Thanks bro!

Post sales service was initially good but lately became very bad. Was trying to make a call to make an appointment for normal servicing and had to wait for more than 30 mins before someone answered. And when someone finally answered, he said will call me back but never did. Very bad!! Will think twice when I change car.

Had an excellent experience with Rachael! She was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! Very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a BMW. Will enjoy ne new ride
