Boston Medical Clinic - 119 Aljunied Ave 2

This is my 2nd visit to Boston medical, while the doctors are great..... the admin lady marred the visit. She was outright rude, and when she printed out the wrong mc for me. I pointed it out to her and she just simply stared at me for a good few seconds without even a word of apology. Even before I have seen the doctor, she told me her diagnosis already... I told her off that she is not the doctor...

Saw Dr Herbert Tan and he was really patient and genuine. He listened attentively and showed empathy too. It was my first time to this clinic and they accept walk-ins. They only accept cash as payment. There are atms nearby within walking distance, so it wasn’t an issue. As a private clinic, the price wasn’t too overwhelming and I think it was great overall. Place was clean and seemingly new. Went to see him around 430pm on a weekday and it was relatively empty. Was done in less than 30mins. Thank you for the service!

I visited this clinic on 8May2021 morning, im vry disappointed with the service front desk lady, Firstly I wish to highlight, we are going to clinic bcos of a reason, and for normal situation are sick, I understand during this pandemic not many are allow in the clinic due to safety distance. When I came to the clinic I was been ask to wait out side as there is some patient in the clinic, I waited outside more than 30 minutes, even after afew patient left the clinic, I was asked to remain outside afew more minutes, I was sick during that time, inmagine how could I felt at that time. More over I been given MHC Medical Card by my company, but during the payment the front desk lady have totally no knowledge and info about medical card. And lastly my payment receipt was not itemised properly, its only indicate the total payment,which is vry inconvenient for me to do a claim from my company. For sure not a recommended clinic to be visited during sick.

Have been visiting this clinic since young. Recently, went to Boston due to having a bad sore throat but was quite upset with the rude Admin. I was merely just asking to repeat on some of the prescription instructions for 1 more time but she raised her voice at me. If not being sick I would have quarreled with her. It's not just me, you can scroll through other's comment on this admin. This will be the last time me and my family to visit Boston.

Came to this clinic twice and never again coming back. The Dr that consulted me on both occasion (Dr Chong) does not seem to care when he ask what’a going on & makes me feel like I was faking for the MC when I genuinely feel unwell. The whole time he was looking at his desktop & barely spoke/response too (apart from checking blood pressure & heart rate). Will never come to this clinic again even if it’s emergency.

Front desk service are sucks. Taking like rubbish. Please avoid this clinic. Zero customer service and an extremely grumpy customer service. The whole experience was awful. Disgusting.

I highly recommend against patients coming here to visit doctor! If the unprofessional nurse is still there (but the attending doctor here is professional) why because the nurse at the front desk has no sympathy at all. She was very impolite and impatient, and her voice of tone was very unfriendly. She doesn't understand the patient's mood at all, and personally feels very bad because if you don't have compassion why do you want to work still in this industry? The patient is already in a bad condition, why still be treated like this way ? There were two front desk nurses on that day, another senior aunt would be better. The other was completely unprofessional and not grooming (round figure). Now when I think back to her appearance, I feel terrified, it will completely affect my appetite! Personally recommend to change to this unprofessional one, because the doctors here are still very good and treat patients friendly and professional.

Pls avoid this clinic at all costs. Zero customer service and an extremely grumpy doctor. The whole experience was awful and miserable. Whoever owns this clinic should train the staff some form of customer service. No salutation whatsoever when you walk in. The 2 service staff looks like you owe them a living. If you have choice, go the opposite which is a polyclinic. Way better.
