Really impressed with every bit of the process with Hey Good Cat. Messaging them was easy, very pleasant service both over whatsapp and in person. Staff are knowledgable and advised very well. I personally can't stand places that just try to sell you every service on the menu when you don't actually need it, so I loved their honest advice here. It was my cat's first grooming session and she's only a kitten, so I'm glad I found this place. Would highly recommend it to anyone with pets! Thank you guys!

Fantastic place to bring your kitten or cat for grooming. They are real professionals who knows how to treat and handle them. No stress on the cat as they go with the temperament of the cat and will stop if the cat feels stressful or agitated. They wonderful tools to groom the cat very well. Highly recommend.

Hey Good Cats groomers have a passion for pet grooming and a heart for cats. You can see the sparkling in their eyes when they take care of your babies. Mr Pancake never feels stress when and during grooming. As a parent, we will know if our children are being handled roughly. Hey Good Cats also help in proposing dates in advance for Mr Pancake. First time there and groomer took the time to get to know my cat first in order to better facilitate the process. fyi my cat is very shy and gets scared around new people but she was perfectly fine around the groomer thus attesting the groomers capabilities in handling my cat. He even went the extra mile to answer all our cat related queries and provided informative answers as well. And my cat was as beautiful (if not even more) after the grooming session. So i highly recommend coming here as you get the most out of the price point.

Considering this was a feral cat’s first grooming session, Dez was able to demonstrate great skills, precision and speed, all combined with his passion in humane methods in pet grooming! He took great efforts to ensure that my foster cat had sufficient time and space to settle down and proceeded only when she was all calmed by his warm touch. No scratching, violent struggles, nor any sight of a leash during the whole session! He even took time to educate me (a first time fosterer) on how to properly take care of a cat’s grooming needs and the right attitude to win a cat’s lifelong trust to make things work for both you and your pet. Seeing how a passionate entrepreneur treating this cat like his own baby really melts everyone’s heart. Wish I didn’t have to rush off and would have learnt so much more, but I’m sure my family will be engaging him again for our pets’ future grooming needs. Keep shining brightly, Hey Good Cat!

Brought my fur kid to its first grooming session. I like how the place is just for cats and they get to roam around freely. The place is very nice and modern, and comes with cat furnitures for the cats to play with, or roam around. Staff were very friendly and gentle to the cats. They also share information on how to groom our cat. You may watch while your cat is having its grooming. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely head back again for another grooming session!

I am greatly impressed with the customer services, hospitality provided by them. This was not the first time we have send our fur babies for cat grooming, and if i were to compare, i must say Hey Good Cat is definitely the best ! Love the fact that they have full transparency, i can watch my cat while they groom him even when they shower him. No hiding behind the close walls like other pet groomers. From the moment we enter, we are allowed to let our cats roam around the place before they start their grooming session, which is great. Mei and Bella are young and cheerful groomer, they took their time and very very gentle and professional with my cats. They didn't rush, from far I'm looking at my fur babies being treated like royalty! So much love and care from the groomers. I love the fact that they use blower and comb to dry the cats after shower instead of putting them in a dryer cage and let them dry on their own. They didn't try to upsell their services which is very pleasant experience. I have to say, they are just the best. We will definitely come back again! Best experience 10/10!
