BreakFast at Fluffy’s Boutique Pet Hotel & Grooming - 318 Joo Chiat Rd

Due to a family planned travel and because of a last minute cancellation of my puppy’s boarding arrangement, my family was desperately needed a good hotel for our prized puppy for 12 days during our absences. I approach BFF aka Breakfast at Fluffy’s Boutique Pet Hotel. After speaking with Elaine, we agree to bring my puppy down for an assessment before confirming that she’s suitable to be boarded. After a 60 minutes orientation for my puppy, we booked her into the hotel and her 12 days boarding started. Our puppy is well taken care of and we are also extremely please and grateful for the tender loving care for her during our absence. With the 24 hours webcam sharing, we can watched our puppy anytime over the web. This is great while the family travel and bond ourselves, we are also able to watch over our puppy. BFF have exceeded our expectations for the services they provided to us. Our puppy are well doted by the caretaker, over the days of her boarding, we can feel that she’s enjoying her stays in BFF. My family would like to thanks everyone in BFF for taking good care of our puppy during our family vacation. We highly recommend BFF for your beloved puppies if you need day care, short term stays and even long stay. Please approach BFF and I am sure they will help and provide the best care for your loving dogs. Last but not least, we will send our puppy over to BFF if we need daycare or another short term boarding for our loving dog.

I am not someone who will easily trusts people or a daycare with my puppy but I 100% trust BFF and Elaine with Whisky, my precious 11 months old Golden Spitz. I have been sending Whisky to BFF since Dec 2020 for daycare, boarding and grooming and this place is truly amazing and a godsend for dog owners! The hours are flexible, clean and cosy environment, reasonable rates, experience and knowledgeable Owner and staff who genuinely love and care for the dogs, and the dogs can run around freely in BFF. In addition to these pros, 1)Transparent – I can see how Whisky is doing via the webcam whenever he is there for overnight boarding. And each time I watch the webcam, I always see Whisky super happy playing with other dogs or Elaine showering Whisky with lots of love and hugs. 2)Constant Updates – Elaine will always update me with pictures or videos of Whisky at least 1-2 times a day. 3)Grooming – Love their grooming! I am very fussy how I want Whisky to be groomed and they do a perfect job trimming Whisky’s hair. Whisky goes for Full or Basic Grooming every 3-4 weeks and he always comes home smelling really good, super clean, and well-groomed. As Whisky is very spoilt and does not like to be force to shower, Elaine will always coax him till he willing goes to the shower room / grooming table. 4)Feeding – Whisky is a very fussy eater and there have been several occasions whereby Elaine and her staff had to hand feed him, coax him to eat, or mix and match his food. 5)Clean Environment – They clean BFF at least 4-5 times a day. (always see them cleaning the place whenever I watch the webcam. LOL) 6)Knowledgeable Owner – I pamper Whisky so much till he is now super spoilt and tends to throw tantrums whenever he doesn’t get what he wants. Elaine can sense that and often advise me how to train and be firm with him. She will also help me discipline him. 7)Caring Owner – Whenever Elaine sees that Whisky is not himself, she will let me know, find out what happened the day before, and will advise me or pay extra attention to him. 8)Patient Owner – I can be a very irritating pawrent and will text Elaine at least 1-2 times a day asking her whether has Whisky finished his food, is he playing, etc. Elaine will always reply me with updates of Whisky. She is always polite and kind in her replies. 9)Accommodating – For Overnight boarding, Whisky needs to be walked 2-3 times a day or he will get moody. Elaine / her staff will always ensure that he gets his morning and night walks + a late afternoon/evening walk. Simply put, BFF is the best!! Whisky loves BFF and so do I! Breakfast at Fluffy's is the dog equivalent of a 5-star resort & spa. It's air-conditioned, clean and gives off good vibes, something dogs sense better than people. Our dog Coco goes to BFF to play and loves her time there. Initially timid, she now socialises well with the dog friends she meets there. Dogs love Elaine. She is observant and generous with the dog knowledge she has, giving helpful advice. Elaine has also trained her staff well so BFF's is a happy place for dogs and the owners who bring their dogs there.

I started with BFF (breakfast at fluffy) since my bishon was 5 months old (after all her vaccination lah). Elaine the proprietor is very responsive and reliable. Here's a list of what I value about BFF, n which makes this pet hotel stand out. 1) Transparency. Literally the place is open concept with glass panel. That means anyone passing by can look in. N yes because of the many cute n adorable dogs, many actually stop to look in. There is accountability. So I'm assured my dog is well attended to during daycare. 2) Reasonable fees. They r open from 7am to 10pm. N I could easily choose any 8 hours slot during this time. I like the fact that they even cater for 3 hours slot also. They r more fair than human hotel also ....lol.... check in is 12pm n after, check out is 12pm n before. Fairer than human hotel! 3) All in one. They provide grooming service too, with fragrant shampoo that lingers for a week. 4) Accommodating. Elaine accommodated my request to brush my bishon during the overnight. Also they did a good job of helping me administer ear medicine. 5) knowledgeable. They can accept daycare when my dog was in heat. But I had to put her in diapers. Also her place is partition with glass panel. She took the trouble to put my dog who was in heat in another partition with female dogs. 6) finally I like the fact that my dog comes home to me smelling yummy ? With these, I am assured n totally trust BFF with my dog.

Highly recommended. We left our shiba with the staffs at Fluffy’s for over two weeks. They took very good care of our dog and sent us photos/videos everyday. The facility is very clean and well organized. The staffs went out of their ways to make sure the dogs feel comfortable. We will definitely use the boarding service again.

Elaine and her team are extremely passionate about looking after all dog guests and always go above and beyond. They are super caring, friendly and we trust them to take good care of Molly. Our 10 month westie loves going to daycare and always tries to go in anytime we walk past which just goes to show how much fun she has :) Highly recommend!! Thank you Elaine and team for always taking such great care of Molly ❤

Elaine and BFF have been a key part of our Westie Snowy’s development since we got him 2+ years ago. Elaine is very passionate about dogs and she has been instrumental in helping Snowy’s social development and overcoming his fear of larger and more energetic dogs. Now he looks forward to the regular “staycations” at BFF when he can play and socialize with his furry friends, and have a fun time expending his energy. The boutique hotel setup and French music during nap periods are also unique to BFF, where the dogs are treated like valued guests and not prisoners in cages. We really appreciate Elaine’s attention to Snowy and helping him express his full personality!

Woof Woof n Bow Wow - Fluffy’s grooming experience was like stepping into a poochy boudoir - classy, clean, very hygienic n plenty of room for all the furry babies. Service was excellent n the cut detailed with clear lines. Credit n kudos to Elaine n Vanessa for tending to our little Mochi! We shall return - Ruff Ruff ? c’est magnifique experience ?
