From the moment I arrived, they waited for maybe one minute before forcing me to buy some stupid package. They would not leave me alone.
The therapist Helen could barely speak English and just messed up brows so badly. I asked her for a grey colour and she used a jet black - now I look like Groucho Marx
So yes, if you want someone to screw up your brows and then force you to buy a package, go ahead to browhaus Funan by all means.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is singing Patricia’s praises and I can only add to it. She was patient and her procedure on my eyebrows was far less painful than most folks I have dealt with. Will defo come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual service was a great experience. Procedure area was clean and Patricia was knowledgeable and friendly. However, the receptionist ruined the whole experience and I don’t think I will come back because of that incident. I do not think she understands customer centricity and focused on selling packages. For some customers, no means no and she even stopped being friendly when I did not avail one of her offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the brow resurrection (soft) package including two touch-up sessions here. As I don’t wear make-up on a daily basis, my therapist Ada chose a lighter, brownish color for my brows. The brows eventually turned out to be in a natural but defined shape as well as the hue, which is exactly the look I was hoping for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time doing brow shaping and I must say it was a very easy session. Patricia was my therapist and she is friendly and clear with her explanation on what she will do for me. She wasn't being pushy for any add ons and I've enjoyed the session with her at browhaus. Awesome!

She was gentle and professional and I am extremely pleased with the results! Was attended by Yati and Charmaine when I arrived and I am impressed by their level of service ☺️ Signed for credits right away and looking forward to more services at Browhaus.
