★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes here are cheap, but you really pay for what you’re getting. Once you wear it, you might spot everyone else wearing the same thing. I guess it’s okay if it’s not for going on a nice date. Can wear to the void deck or coffee shop or to the office (if you don’t care what you look like).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff at the store have a nasty attitude. The cashier wearing an orange spaghetti top that worked for the afternoon shift on 18.01.2022 accused me of cutting the queue when I did not. Did not even apologise for the accusations. I am never coming back here to shop. Absolutely disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A scam store. Spent a significant amount of about $250 on their products. It’s been 2 weeks. No sign of products being delivered. Customer service ghosted me. Zero sales follow up. Meantime, marketing team still posting on new shipment and stock coming in when they have zero intentions to support existing customers. Buyers beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am grateful to be served by Pei Xuan at the cashier today. She was extremely thoughtful, went out of her way to help us locate shirts in different sizes and even calling other branches nearby to check on the size availability.
Pei Xuan also took time to patiently highlight the various on going promotions that were applicable to customers.
Am writing this review to express my gratitude and hope that she can be complimented as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approached a staff member this afternoon around 3.30pm to enquire about an item and she turned her back to me and ignored me. I stood behind her for a good 10 seconds while she arranged a rack, wondering if she heard me, before she responded curtly. Later when she handed me the item and she asked, “are you buying this?” Same crotchety attitude was encountered in the changing room when my friends requested for sizes. Surely being good mannered should be the minimum requirement for frontline sales staff?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really want to shout out to this lovely staff Nicole. Went there with my daughter to help pick out an outfit for her first interview and she made an effort to pick out different sizes and colours suitable for her. She was friendly and went out of her way to help us even though there was a queue in the fitting room.
