★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look for Lia at Plaza Singapura branch! She’s sooo good, so attentive and so detailed. She didn’t leave any strands of hair behind! So satisfied with her skill.. I gave 5 stars because of her, even though I had an unpleasant experience as my package was deducted 2 times, and it wasn’t the first time I experienced that at Browhaus.

The whole process is painless! For 1st timer, I highly recommended you all to try out Astrid’s skill. I promise you won’t regret it!

However after my last visit to Plaza Singapore, this will be it. Thanks to LIA, I'm so impressed by her meticulous handiwork. Really happy how my brows turn out. Will definitely be back ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer at Browhaus for a long time. I had no issues with my eye lash perm (2 months interval and never used their products) with Jennifer or Amber but the new therapist ‘fried’ my lashes. She did not even asked if I like natural or more curl and she just did the super curled one such that ends of my lashes touches my eye socket. It also looks fried with lashes going all directions. A really unpleasant experience. Would recommend going to Raffles City outlet for lash perm instead.
That being said, no issues with eyebrow threading or resurrection at that outlet. Tody does a great job and I have been with Tody for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had a particular preference for any outlet for brow threading. Will go according to my convenience. However I had Megan today and she was extremely gentle (I almost drifted off to sleep!). She took time to trim my brows and was very meticulous. She was also very warm and was not pushy for any services. Would definitely come back for her. :)
