★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star as a children's library. Brought my 1 year old there and was told not once but twice by different staff to not let my child pull books off the shelve.
First, what's the point of a children section if kids can't be kids there (well of course to know limits of the kind of mess to create or noise level to be at).
Second, they are paid to organise the books...
Totally put off.
I will be perfectly happy if u told me to pick the books and drop it on the trolley for u guys to organise. But what I was told is to not even let my kids pull out the books... Felt so unwelcomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to read books and borrow books. It is cosy and provides many facilities. There is a wide range of books being offered here. The staff here are very friendly. It is a quiet studying place and make it good for students in exam season. Overall, a good experience at this library

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly librarians with fast service. A well maintained and clean library, with air conditioners to cool you a down. Chair are comfortable. Has a wide variety of books. From fiction to non-fiction, from young to old Computers provide easy searching. All thing are working properly. A great place to cool down when reading a book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet and empty, due to COVID-19. Pleasant experience. Very helpful lady librarian offered a paper-bag when she saw that I had borrowed 14 books. Her own initiative. Kudos to her. In my haste, I forgot to get her name.

Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A library where you can find all sorts of magazines available in markets. Not very big but good enough for reading online/hardcopy newspapers. Prefer to go there early to chop a good seat. The desktop computers provided therein are fast enough to serve the Internet, and it is also a touch screen monitor. As the laibery is within Westmall Shopping Centre, there is no issue of solving your daily three meal problems, and indeed, the food court offers many good food stores too.
