Burger King

Ordered Double Yuzu Burger. Very disappointed. Burger is definitely being made and store for extended time. Not even warm. Can't believe company like Burger King did not monitor the food freshness.

I ordered few food items through the BK app. When I entered the Yishun Town Square BK outlet, my order was ready and placed by the side. No one attended to me. I saw the Filipina restaurant manager and I told her I was taking my items. She didn't verify to see if I'd taken the right order or to slide the 'pickup confirmation' on my phone. As usual, bad service. She didn't bother to ask if I needed any chilli and ketchup satchets so I had to ask her. Not proactive. Since I had a number of items, it'd only be appropriate to put all my items in a plastic bag. So I had to ask for a plastic bag. I also ordered 2 Hershey pies but no cutlery were given! No eye contact from her. She was so focused on attending to other customers that she's forgotten I'm a paying customer too! Initially, I wanted to order Ong Lai sundaes through the app but I didn't to prevent them from melting. Therefore, I personally ordered the sundaes (2 for $5) this time from a bespectacled Malay female staff. She gave me my order number and I was still waiting for my ice-cream because she was working as slow as a snail! No sense of urgency. She dispensed the vanilla ice cream and then threw away that ice cream and tried to refill it. I saw it and clarified if that ice cream was mine because I didn't want her to refill my ice-cream with the initially dispensed and discarded ice-cream. However, she said no. Then she was meddling with the dispenser and I was still waiting with the rest of the items. As I only had 2 ice cream tubs, it would have taken only 2 minutes or under, to dispense my sundaes and I could have left with all the items at one-go! I called her so many times to get her attention but she didn't respond. I'm not sure if she's deaf or high on drugs or mentally unwell or forgot her medication! She made me wait for my sundae! As time was of essence to me, I told her to cancel my order and refund the amount. She looked at it me irritatingly and kept saying she couldn't hear me. Mind you, that we're all wearing masks. If she can't hear me, she has to walk up to the counter and talk to me rather than stand at the ice-cream dispenser section and ask me, 'what, what, what' to me like an idiot. No EQ! Wonder what lousy soft-skills this blur-cuckoo has! I was annoyed so I told her to cancel my order but she kept showing me her back and ignored me! Rude! Obviously, I didn't want to raise my voice as there were other customers around and I have manners! It was later that her team realised the machine was down. The Filipina duty manager was just walking up and down, just focused on the monitor to look at the order but couldn't be bothered to talk to the customers still waiting for their order! I got so angry that I told her to cancel my sundaes and refund my $5! The duty manager passed me the $5 and rushed off. No apologies for making me wait. No eye-contact. Rubbish service! Tried calling them on the phone, 62572010, about 30+ times but no one bothered answering. So if there was an emergency or a VVIP calling them, what is their reason for not attending to phone calls? Pathetic service! Pathetic bunch/team of people on 1 February 2022. All in their own worlds! While I'm at it, it's NOT the first time this Malay female staff gave me an attitude. Many times previously whenever I ordered coffee as take-away, she ALWAYS never provided the creamer and the sugar. Every time I had to ask her, and she'd be like, 'oh' and then as usual working like a zombie! If this lady has personal issues, it's best she gets treatment and passes the job on to other sincere and genuine employees. I'm not sure if this lady is saving the creamer and sugar for her loved ones! Yishun Town Square Burger King, you're in the service industry. If this is not the job for you, then get lost. Don't give attitude to nice and polite customers! If customers yell at you, don't play victims because every action has a reaction. Count yourselves lucky that I'm not the type who likes to create a scene/commotion in public. I've got my values and standards. 1-star for this experience!

BK in general is one of the best value for money fast food restaurants. In my latest visit the food was top notch and excellent. Only problem we faced was they didn't have the correct lids for the floats making it impossible to put in a bag and carry without first drinking a lot then requesting the other lids. Might not be their fault but should have been handled better. Less ice for example and then put on the lids.

American Hamburger fast food famous for burger flamed but never fried with varieties of ingredients including Beef Chicken Fish Ham Cheese Salads Veggies Beverages Breakfast Sides Sweets Value Meals and Kids Meals. Love the Hersheys Sundae Pie Taro Turnover Vanilla Cone and Strawberry Sundae. Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients tender loving skillful cooking and warm services. Spacious lounge aircond relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating and great views of Yishun Town Gardens with breezy greenery away from busy cityscapes. Walking distance to Yishun Pond SAFRA Yishun Park. Conveniently located at neighbourhood heartland of Yishun Town Square walking distance covered pathway to Yishun MRT bus interchange Northpoint City Golden Village Yishun with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets library cinemas entertainments groceries sundries postage services Nee Soon East community Club and amenities nearby. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families ..

How can a fast food restaurants not having a proper saucers. They give me the lid of the Ice cream cup as my saucers. There was something about the burger I dislike, not the taste. If not wrong was the wrapper. Too thin that my sauces leak out, making my hands so messy and dirty.

The air ventilation in the establishment would need more improvement. When i finished my meals, the collection bin is already full and had nowhere to put the trays or rubbish. For the food, the fries are served mild warm. I would suggest to just buy and take away from this BK.

Tried plant based whopper burger meal $6.40 , topped up $0.20 more to change to hot tea. The cup has the lid tied to itself, it’s a good innovation! Liked it The burger taste like mock meat with heavy seasoning ?, got bbq sauce taste as well, texture is closed to ?. Not a bad substitute if you want help the earth.

Finally tried the BK Plant-based Whooper! $8.40 for this set is really worth it! The portion is as busy as the original Whopper and propoerly the best choice among the fast food restaurants based on its price, portion and taste. At first bite, I was surprised by its texture and fragrance. It taste so ‘beef’! But it was lack of the juiciness like the other premium mock beef such as impossible or beyond, but the pricing also reflects that. But it definitely tastes better than the usual mock ham, it was chunkier and stringier. And of course, it comes with the usual suspects for a burger, with ketchup, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes. If you want a plant based burger but and not looking for paying higher price for a premium experience, this is simply the best choice to go! And by the way, this is way better than the poor BK Veggie. Kudos BK!
