β β β β β Worst ever experience last evening as both me and my husband got diarrhoea we shared the fried mussels and did not share any other foods after that so I am quite sure of the questionable food. Please check your standard if hygiene

β β β β β The fries were hot but hard and stale and tasted like they have been fried a few times and left to sit there for some time... the staff was nice to change a new one for me however the second portion was still the same as the first... Northpoint outlet needs to look into how they fry their fries to ensure itβs fresh and good tasting when served to customers.
I know this canβt be right because Iβve tasted better at other Mos Burger outlets. Come on Northpoint team you can do better. This is not the standard of your fries.

β β β β β They dont prepare your order in "First come first serve basis". But instead in "Order in counter come first" i waited 30 minutes just for 1 normal teriyaki chicken burger just because i ORDER IN KIOSK MACHINE!!! It is been few times im been discriminated. My goodness. I will never go back again.

β β β β β The mos burger standard at northpoint is really bad. I think other outlets are better. The buns were not steamed at all and they were dry. I thought I would give them a try again after some time but looks like their standard is still bad. Decided to write the review because it's been too many times that I got poor quality from them.

β β β β β Just wanted to share my favourite order of fish burger, milk tea and fried chicken! Just $10 for this set :) Their milk tea is light and refreshing, while their fish burger is the best! Japanese Mayo and mustard with crispy fish patty, onions, cheese, all between two soft buns.
The buzzer rang twice when my food wasnβt ready though... hope that the technology improves here

β β β β β I thought it was just the staff's mistake the first time it happened but now that it happened twice in a row, I'm just disappointed they have decided to cut down on the quantity of their milk tea (this was after adding all the packets of milk they provided so it was even less before). The tea was taken from a leftover in the refrigerator so it didn't taste great as well. Pretty unpleasant experience from one of my favourite brands

β β β β β during peak hours, not enough staff to prepare order. staff ask us to order from kiosk and long waiting hours. Please hire more staff, at least one for doing counter so customer can order and wait aside for the food. the food is nice but service to be improved. hire more adult and not aunties, they can be rude sometimes when they are rushing orders and ignore you or just let you wait there for very long before attending to you. one star for the poor service

β β β β β This Yishun Mos outlet serves quality burgers and fries. Love the fish ? burger ? because I think is the fillets that a difference for Mac fish. The hamburgers though uses onions which Mac burger uses pickles as the favour enhancement.
Only drawback is the size of the outlet, small area so gets quite crowded at times.
The burgers are now pack in boxes, use different tapes to differentiate the contents.
