★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I had in a fast food restaurant. Waited 35 minutes for my food and I realised they prepare the food for riders who call them bro. ? maybe I should try to be more friendly next time to cut the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are extremely slow. Don't order unless you have an hour to spare. Don't even get delivery from them. I ordered via foodpanda, they said 5 minutes. I got there and was shocked to learn delivery riders were waiting 30 to 45 minutes already. It took me ages to get my order cancelled. Burger King has indicated the order was prepared. The kitchen seemed very efficient but counter staff were rude, slow and were the problem. I finally got my order cancelled with much hassle 30 minutes later. Which meant the poor delivery guy had waited 75 minutes as he got his order as I managed to cancel. Very bad service all round from foodpanda and burger king. Biggest fault lying with the burger king outlet staff. Terrible experience and what a bloody waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and noisy place, not by the customers but the staff. Just stepped out of the outlet without finish the meal cause cannot take it any further. The female staff is extremely noisy, shouting for order number instead if using the order display panel. Preparation is slow and gave me wrong order. Walked up to the counter to clarify end up the staff disputed so loudly among themselves. The Indian uncle is super nice, came forward and advised to take a seat while waiting for my replacement order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last friday when i came not that busy but i see not enough crew only one crew and the manager doing inside the order then suddenly manager attended to me to take my order and shes so attentive in all whats going on in and out , as she was so very helpful and gives fast service very nice girl i just remember and saw her name tag it was Amirah very good service and active keep it up .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken sandwich was not fully cooked. Warm outside and cold inside. At beginning I was like wow they have chicken sashimi, how nice of them. Then I realized they did not cook it properly.
