★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor attitude from the branch manager.
Told her that ordering kiosk is having issues with connection and she simply brush me off. 4 ordering kiosks and only 1 is working. No one taking orders over the counter. More training needed.
1 star for service. 4 stars for the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last time I heard Burger King was a fast-food restaurant? This branch near East Coast playgrove obviously didn’t get the memo. ?. So slow! Only one machine worked (out of the 4 available) for ordering and only one person serving behind the counter even though it is peak time (midday lunch time) and there is a long queue. ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at a place that will be flooded with family especially in the weekends but service was extremely slow. Waited nearly 30 mins for a CHEESE BURGER ...... Something is needed to be done with manpower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30mins during non peak hours when 90% of seats were empty. Look at the damn sundae ice cream, so pathetic, asked for extra cheese and literally gave one teaspoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30 minutes for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Staffing issues caused outlet to be seriously slow. 1 staff member in kitchen, 1 at the counter.
BK should look into staffing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow staff. Many upset hungry customers here right now (not just me) waiting 30-40 minutes for their dinner. Only one staff at the front during a very busy dinner period on a long weekend Sunday evening. This is at a very popular East Coast location. So it makes absolutely no sense to have only one staff running the whole show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried the plant-based burger, the portion was big, if you are a small eater you might want to consider to share it. Fries is so good, when comparing to the other fast food I prefer Burger King, it is not soggy, but crispy and thicker.
