★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website says 'Make it a combo! Includes a Signature Side, and ice cold, refreshing drink.' The manager insisted that we could not change the side for the Chicken Burger combo, and that it was the policy all along, although I've been getting the mashed potatoes as a side from other branches all my life. Tried to enquire more about this bizarre new policy but manager was curt with his insistence that we can ONLY get the fries, talking over us in a faux polite manner.
Manager told us that they only had the Chicken Burger combo left (understandable, since its closing time), and that we were unable to change our side for the Chicken Burger combo ONLY.
All he had to do was tell us he only had the chicken combo and fries left, not give us some strange policy where he is forbidden to change the side for ONE combo.
Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is hardly accessible. The outside door connecting it from within the Kallang wave mall is locked so there is no way to go from within the mall. Exit the main entrance, take the escalator on your left, about 300 meters from escalator.
Fried Chicken is ok but can't beat the 11 herbs and spices chicken for me.

They do not provide hot drinks like tea and coffee which is not good if you have recovered from sore throat.

Btw, the way to get there is from the outside of the mall (2nd floor is locked due to covid restrictions)..walk towards the bike parking on the left of the mall entrance, take the escalator up next to Ride Side, then walk straight and turn right. It’s just beside F45.
