The service at komoco Alexandra has improved by leaps and bounds over the years. Bought my i30 2 years ago when it was launch. The first encounter with the service staff at 1000km service has not been pleasant. The wait to be called to see the service advisor is long despite arriving on time for the appointment. These days the service staff are pleasant and the wait to see the service advisor is less than 5 minutes and you get a text to tell you when you can collect the car 30 minutes before time. Just bought a second Hyundai car for my wife , the subcompact Venue S in a very unique colour combination. The quality, safety features and built of the cars produce by Hyundai has catch up and may have exceeded the Japanese and European.

Servicing fee has been going up. Service standard is going down. Lack personal touch as I need to call up to check my car status - car send in at 9 am but still not ready at 4pm (just normal servicing). They even charge $10 for car wash now - the feel good factor of getting a clean car is taken away by charging the car wash. Car parts are very expensive c/p to outside - both original parts.

Didn’t get my car due to crazy COE prices increasing but I must say I had a good experience with the car sales staff Zing Jit. From the time of circuit breaker til now, he was very patient and helped me with all my queries as a first time car buyer. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the car this time and it’s such a shame because I really liked the car. If you’re looking for a friendly experience with no sales talk, you gotta find Uncle Jit! Wishing you all the best!

I'd like to compliment my service advisor Ms Rachel Yow and the technician Mr Jacker for delivering a great Hyundai experience. I have mostly only read good things about the Hyundai service centers. However, my first visit to Alexandra was disappointing because the work was not done properly. Nonetheless, Rachel was understanding and sincere in helping us find a solution throughout which I appreciated tremendously. Acts like this make customers feel genuinely cared for. Rachel arranged for Mr Jacker to help diagnose and fix the car issues during my 2nd visit. Mr Jacker was pleasant to talk to, seemed experienced, listen to my complaints and offered solutions. In conclusion, Rachel and Jacker are two reasons that I'm still a happy Komoco customer who would continue relationship/servicing at Komoco. Thank you both.

Extremely terrible service. Wanted to get a quote to repair scratches, the service person said he doesn't have time to prepare a quotation. LOL. They just want to sell you cars and won't provide after sales service unless you need to fork out a lot of money. Next car definitely won't be from here.

The service here is wonderful but a caveat, I have been a custoemr with them for over 20 years, thus some familiarity. I have observed how there are some who provide excellent service here, and others who are there only because they need a salary and aren't really interested in serving. Overall, I believe a relationship works both ways and not only have the cars provided me with over 20 years of service, some of the staff have been there for that period of time as well and have been most wonderul f and such lovely role models.

Best driving experience from Hyundai. Test drive to experience the smooth drive and advanced safety features. Best service award goes to salesman Mike. Bought 2 cars from him already. Highly recommend his professionalism and his after sales service. ???

I own my 2nd Hyundai car now. Both serviced by Komoco. From the beginning, my experience has been good and pleasant. Though currently the center is going thru major renovation, lots of the staff were on hand to assist in traffic control, and that really minimise inconvenience to us. The open concept reception cum waiting is new, and comfortable. The service advisors came to me, and others, to take our instructions. I was personally served by several different SAs at different times, I would like to mention Jack and lately Lilian Ho. I was able to whatspp them, and they me, for a quicker and personal response. They’re good, very earnest, in their job in taking down my requests and in advising me on the maintenance of my car. The charges were upfront and transparent. I can understand it to be a little higher than outside but it seems acceptable and it matches the overall service. The SMS reminders and β€œthank you” for my appointments is really nice.
