★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi am very impressed with the komoco service centre today. I was served by Eunice Phua. Not only is she polite and friendly, but she is also very efficient. Despite my car is nine year old, she went through the history to review all aspect of my service history and recommended the relevant repairs. Thank you to Eunice Phua.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicing can sometime cause missing part. Like the car door lock button. Didn't realise till reached home. And i have to book another month time to travel down again and still over call said it is my fault after servicing that button dropped off. hopefully it's under warranty... Sianz...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Ioniq 12V battery were going flat and when I tried starting the car, it keep on indicating that my brake failed and to stop the car immediately. I called Hyundai Kebangan service center and I was told to tow the car to the main service center. I felt it was a wrong diagnosis and I call Hyundai Leng kee service center and asked again. That lady on the line was pretty sharp and asked the right questions. She gave me another number to call and that person called Sufian responded and were at my place within 20 minutes. He changed the battery and everything was tip top. Thanks for the excellent service and to Sufian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicing job done and took way too long! Sent the car in at 9.45am and only got the car at 3pm. Servicing includes wheel alignment and tyre rotation, but when I collected the car, the steering was lopsided. A check for tyre pressure shows that the tyres were overinflated with one tyre in front way above the other tyres. Mechanic did not use a gauge to check the tyre psi and simply used his own estimation. They obviously did not do the wheel balancing properly. Also while moving the car around, I don't know how they ended up scratching my rear fender. I left the car there for almost 6 hours for a 10000km servicing and it was sloppily done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amiable customer service. The place was kept clean and neat. Complimentary beverages are provided for their customers to consume. There was free wifi too!
Unfortunately, some faults highlighted were not fixed, and the service center did not mention them to me. Only got to know when I was back home. I was pretty disappointed with that. Another area of improvement for the service center is that the technicians have to be mindful when handling cars with light color interiors. Found black oil stains on my leather door handle.
