Sales personnel Gene Ong is very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. He listens to our requirements and is able to offer the right car to meet almost all our needs. He is also patient and very professional. Would recommend him to anyone who needs to buy a car. Hyundai car is also very well designed with state-of- art technology. Worth every single cent and more. Thanks to Gene, and thanks to Hyundai for manufacturing such good cars??

Visited this place for car servicing. The servicing is done based on booking systems. The service is very good and can trust that your car will be well taken care of. They also have complementary shuttle service to the nearby MRT train station for clients to run errant while waiting for your car to be serviced. When the car is ready for collection, the customer service officer will inform you the time to return to collect your car.

Today I went to Hyundai Komoco service centre for free PRE-CNY inspection. While waiting, they arranged technical staff to introduce us to EV, which would be the future vehicles on the road. Komoco has been constantly trying to improve their services in sales as well as after-sales, as I have experienced their growth for over 20 years. Currently my car is 4th Hyundai.

My first new car purchase experience happened here. I paid $12K booking fee for Sparkling Metal colour Elantra S on Sat, 25th Aug 2018, got my COE on 5th Sept, fully paid the down payment on Saturday, 8th Sept. Was told by sales agent that car may reach Sg port earliest on 17sept. But car collection will be 2-3weeks from 8th sept. LTA registration was done on 1st Oct, Monday with insurance and road tax activated on the same day. I waited till Sat, 6oct but still no news. Sales agent said will take 3-5working days to collect car, but I said 8th Oct will be 6th working day. So he quickly pushed and arranged for Monday 8th oct collection at 1030am. He arranged backup agent as he’s on MC that day. So in total, wasted 7days of COE, insurance and road tax. Free gift, 6mths roadtax, 3M solar film, body kit front and rear, front and rear recording camera with 32GB microSD card, 1 Hyundai umbrella, 1backpack for laptop with 2car key pouches, $10 preload NETS Flashpay card. Pro: sales agent Edmund Tan service was ok. But didn’t explain much on insurance and bank loan details. He didn’t tell me about flexibility of allowing me to get external insurance instead of AXA. Only for the Maybank car loan, he said I can source my own but it’ll be troublesome for me. Cons: long waiting time as KMC seems to overcommit to customers on car delivery in order to close deal for sales. LTA registration was done but I had to wait for several days to get car. Loss 7days of car usage on paper. Other car sellers just took 1-3days after LTA registration to deliver car. Some sales agent explained upfront to customers BEFORE signing the car booking and making payment. Most sales agents are dishonest including mine. Sales order surge was not handled in a proper and professional manner.

Was genuinely interested in one of the latest model cars from Hyundai. I had been dealing with Cynthia as an inbound call. She was able to update me on the current pricing and promos which was effective. However i had asked her for a quote on a trade in with Hyundai Motors and i receive a response that was not only disgusting but insulting as well. The same car model was selling on the market an even older version for about $160k, the quote that was presented to me for a trade in was $80K DO NOT TRADE IN YOUR CAR WITH KOMOCO Motors, if you are a gullible seller and you actually do the trade in they are making a mark up of about 100% of your car value. Trade in your car else where as they will not rip you off. Here is some feedback 1) If its 80K was the returned quote the sales exec should do some screening and not even present it to the customer. This is insulting to both Hyundai and the customers. The sales exec is the face of the company and a reply like " it would be better if you sell it outside" would make more sense than even presenting the figures. 2) How do you get your numbers to get 80k trade in? How much do you want to make from resale? Are you that greedy? Are you just plucking numbers from the sky? Are you not aware about the current resale environment? A large car dealer actually quoting such an amount? Its a pity because i was actually very interested in the Hyundai cars
